this message means your cios 249 isn't up to date... (REV9 is old now)
I recommend rev14.
available in my tutorial!
install it!
after that it should work a++

In version 4.1 the IOS36 file version was 3094, i.e. IOS36-64-v3094.wad.
In version 4.2 the IOS36 file version was 3351, i.e. IOS36-64-v3351.wad.

It's a small error I pointed out. The 3051 file has thus been added to the tutorial. the 3094 file is thus obsolete in 4.2.
Anyway it won't break anything to put both on the root of your SD since only the right file will be used during the IOS36 patch

C'est une petite erreur que j'ai signalé. Le fichier 3051 a donc été rajouté au tuto. le fichier 3094 est donc obsolète en 4.2.
M'enfin ca ne cassera rien de mettre les 2 sur la racine de ta SD puisque seul le bon fichier sera utilisé lors du patch de l'IOS36

follow the tutorial, launch your original with neogamma r8 beta15 + rev14. On HDD with wiiflow for example you'll need to patch the iso beforehand: [Tutorial] Patching New Super Mario Bros Wii

suivre le tuto, lancer ton original avec neogamma r8 beta15 + rev14. Sur HDD avec wiiflow par exemple il te faudra patché l'iso avant : [Tuto] Patcher New Super Mario Bros Wii

I'm following the tutorial to the letter without understanding much since it's my first hack on a black wii on 4.2
on this page I read about an update to the hacks.ini so it disrupts a bit what I had understood before about installing the preloader so my question is
if I install the preloader 0.29 directly, do I use the hacks.ini file from the 4.2 hack wii pack or the one that has just been mentioned (update).
can we install preloader 0.30 directly instead of 0.29, in that case which hacks.ini

it's just the 4.2 hacks.ini that changes, no need to reinstall or change the preloader.

c'est juste le hacks.ini 4.2 qui change, inutile de réinstaller le preloader ou de le changer.
