The website https://www.tgames.fr/en (“Tgames: Console News and Homebrew”) is a community forum about homebrew, modding and video game console emulation. It is published on a non-professional basis by a private individual, who runs it under the username Tgames.

In accordance with article 6, III, 2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the non-professional publisher has chosen to remain anonymous: the information identifying them has been provided to the website’s host.

Posts, signatures, avatars and files published on the forum are the sole responsibility of their authors. The moderation team ensures compliance with the terms of use and the forum rules, which notably prohibit sharing protected works (games, BIOS files, proprietary firmwares…).

Any manifestly unlawful content can be reported with the “Report” button on each post, or through the contact form. It will be removed as quickly as possible, in accordance with article 6, I, 2 of the LCEN.
