Lost Odyssey recompiled natively for PC, Mac, Linux, Android, Switch
The Xbox 360 RPG Lost Odyssey has been natively recompiled for Windows, Linux, Mac and Android, at up to 120 fps, with an experimental version for Switch.
Mistwalker's RPG breaks out of the Xbox 360
Lost Odyssey, Mistwalker's RPG (2007), was only playable on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Lost Odyssey Recomp, by freefrank, translates its code into a native program. The 1.0.0 came out on 17 October 2026 and 1.0.6 on the 19th. The title screen points out that the port is free and open source, and urges anyone who paid for it to get a refund.

What the port adds
What you need
No game files are provided: you need your own discs, at least disc 1, all from a single edition (multilingual Asia or USA/Europe). The importer accepts a folder, an ISO image or the GOD format, and switches discs on its own once all four are imported. The code is open source (GPL v3). To copy your discs, see our Xenia Canary tutorial. The same wave brought Midnight Club: Los Angeles and Forza Horizon.
