[TUTORIAL] HACK Wii 4.2E

Thanks for this tutorial. I'm going to get started right away...

So... it's stuck right from the start for me.

I downloaded the file for the SD card, i unzipped all the files it contained onto the SD which had been formatted beforehand in FAT.

As soon as i try to access the SD, the console crashes (the screen freezes immediately).


I should point out that i'm indeed on version 4.2E white.

Donc... ca bloque chez moi dès le début.

J'ai téléchargé le fichier pour la carte SD, j'ai dézippé tous les fichiers contenus vers la SD qui avait été préalablement formaté au format FAT.

Dès que j'essaye d'accéder a la SD, la console plante (l'écran est figé immédiatement).


Je précise que je suis bien dans la version 4.2E blanche.

delete the private... folder from your sd and try again!

Thanks for already answering me.

So, i tried in FAT or FAT32, going through the new SD icon on the desktop or through the wii's management settings.
So, either it freezes right away, or i see an icon with a "?" and i can't do anything with it.

I tested 7 versions of private, and it still won't work. There's some silly little thing i must be doing wrong, it can't be anything else.

Alors, j'ai testé en FAT ou FAT32, en passant par la nouvelle icône SD du bureau ou par les paramètres de gestion de la wii.
Alors, soit ca bloque directe, soit je vois une icône avec "?" et je ne peux rien faire avec.

J'ai testé 7 versions de private, et ca veut toujours pas. Y'a un truc tout con que je dois mal faire, c'est pas possible autrement.

Sorry, i don't know anything about this but i read a lot and i see that unluckily i have a LEM series WII on 4.1 that i updated to 4.2. What should i do??? Thanks

Sorry, mais je n'y connais rien mais je lis beaucoup etje vois que pas de chance j'ai une WII série LEM en 4.1 que j'ai mise à jour en 4.2. Que dois-je faire ??? Merci

just follow this tutorial. and i repeat LEM isn't enough. we need at least 3 digits after it.

suivre ce tuto tout simplement. et je le répète LEM ne suffit pas. Il nous faut au moins 3 chiffres après.
