Wii 4.2E black:

trucha bug restorer 1.1.4 doesn't give me the option to install via the net, only from the SD.

Yet I have access to the weather channel, I'm on WEP encryption.

So I'm stuck because I have no access to loading the IOS via the wii:

* IOS15-64-v523.wad
* IOS36-64-v3094.wad
* IOS36-64-v3351.wad

le trucha bug restorer 1.1.4 ne me donne pas le choix d'installation par le net mais seulement à partir de la SD.

J'ai pourtant accès à la chaîne météo, je suis en cryptage WEP.

Donc je suis bloquer car pas accès au chargement via la wii des IOS :

good evening, so I have a problem, I'm stuck after step 7 of the trucha bug restoration. I do "a" for step 1 and then it gives me an error. I'd like to know what to do to fix this problem? thanks

wad files properly named at the root, I create them with nus. maybe it's because the sd is in fat 32? I'm going to reformat it and worst case I'll try online. thanks

but the thing is that when I start the installation bam boom wiimote bug like
I read that I then had to start over from step 2a but no result even
after repeating the operation about ten times

mais le truck c'est que quand je lance l'installation bin boom bug de la wiimote comme
j'ai lu qu'il fallais alors recommencer depuis l'étape 2a mais bon aucun résulta même
après avoir répéter l'opération une dizaine de fois

quelqu'un pourrais m'aidé je désespèr :/

tu n'as pas suivi le tutoriel... car sinon le 249 serais déjà installé est fonctionnelle,

hi great work without you we couldn't do anything on the wii but I have a question is it true that when I crack my wii in 4.2E the updates of my original games will do something that might make it stop working?
Once my wii is cracked will I be able to put burned games because that's for now the only way for me to be able to play them?

Hi guys, So I followed your tutorial up to installing the trucha exploit at the point where you have to downgrade IOS 15. At that point I load the requested files either via internet or via SD or via usb. Everything goes fine until step 1 where I'm told ES-Addtitlefinish returned 1017.

I don't know what else to do, I got the files via NUSD on other sites but it's the same thing every time. Thank you in advance, cheers

Salut les gars, Voilà j'ai suivi votre tuto jusqu'à l'installation de la faille trucha au moment où l'on doit downgrader l'IOS 15. A ce moment là je charge les fichiers demandés soit par internet soit par SD soit par usb. Tout se passe correctement jusqu'à l'étape 1 où l'on me dit ES-Addtitlefinish returned 1017.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire j'ai récupéré les fichiers par NUSD sur d'autres sites mais à chaque fois c'est la même chose. Je vous remercie par avance à +

I started the install for my wii 4.2E by following the tutorial, well I haven't gotten very far, I just installed Hackmii, I did a NAND dump, I do have HBC in the main menu, but I'm stuck for the rest of the tutorial............

I don't know if you were talking about the message I posted but I tried to be as precise as possible unlike the person who posted right after me. Could you help me please because I don't know what to do, I'm stuck at the trucha exploit when downgrading IOS 15, the files are downloaded but it gets stuck at step 1 with error 1017. I don't know if I should just patch ios 36 like in the 4.3 tutorial?

Je ne sais pas si tu parlais du message que j'ai posté mais j'ai essayé d'être aussi précis que possible contrairement à la personne qui a posté juste après moi. Peux tu m'aider s'il te plait car je ne sais pas quoi faire, je suis bloqué au niveau de la faille trucha au downgrad de l'IOS 15 les fichiers sont téléchargés mais cela bloque à l'étape 1 avec l'erreur 1017. Je ne sais pas si je devrais juste patché l'ios 36 comme dans le tuto 4.3?

Thanks Mamule for your quick reply but a friend told me that doing an update with his games so not putting the wii to 4.3, that hadn't removed the hack. So according to you does that still remove the hack?

First of all thanks for the tutorial. Only, I run into a problem installing the trucha exploit: I manage to downgrade ios 15, but for ios 36, my wii fails to install the exploit. It downloads the files from NUD and during installation, an error shows up right away. What could be causing that?
I should mention that I cracked my wii with a 4gb SD card, and that my wii is a first generation one.

PS: I used Trucha bug restorer 1.1 for what happens, with TBE 1.14, I can't downgrade ios 15 at all. Same with PMW.

Tout d'abord merci pour le tutoriel. Seulement, je tombe sur un problème sur l'installation de la faille trucha: j'arrive à downgrade l'ios 15, par contre, pour l'ios 36, ma wii n'arrive pas à installer la faille. Elle télécharge les fichers sur NUD et lors de l'installation, une erreur s'affiche tout de suite. A quoi est-ce du?
Je précise que j'ai cracké ma wii avec une carte SD de 4go, et que ma wii est une première génération.

PS: j'ai utilisé Trucha bug restorer 1.1 pour ce qui arrive, avec TBE 1.14, je n'arrive carrément pas à downgrade l'ios 15. De même avec PMW.

For the error, I can't get it before Friday because I can't touch the wii right now :p.
However, I tried with another Sd card, same thing :/

Pour l'erreur, je ne peux pas l'avoir avant vendredi car je ne peux plus toucher à la wii là :p.
Par contre, j'ai essayé avec une autre carte Sd, même chose :/
