I just tested, everything installed correctly but at the end of the tutorial I don't understand the ciospack part, I just did the test and it's a drive incompatible with ciospack 3.5, yet the topic is indeed called "hack wii 4.2E", it's recent, I just bought it and I checked and it is 4.2E, so I'm wondering how to launch a backup of a game, I tried through the disc channel but it doesn't work :/

Je viens de tester, tout c'est correctement installé mais à la fin du tuto je ne comprends pas la partie ciospack, je viens de faire les test et c'est un lecteur incompatible avec ciospack 3.5, et pourtant le sujet s'appelle bien "hack wii 4.2E", elle est récente je viens de l'acheter et j'ai bien vérifié et c'est 4.2E, alors je me demande comment lancer un backup d'un jeu, j'ai tenté par la chaîne disque mais ça ne marche pas :/

your drive isn't compatible with DVD backup solutions. however you have the excellent solution of the usb loader like wiiflow (iso on a usb HDD). follow the links in my signature.

ton lecteur n'est pas compatible avec les solution backup DVD. par contre tu as l'excellente solution de l'usb loader comme wiiflow (iso sur un HDD usb). suis les lien de ma signature.

Ok merci pour ta réponse, j'ai une autre question: est-ce que par exemple Neogama peut marcher en ayant suivi ce tuto ou c'est fortement déconseillé ?

well no... NeoGamma won't make a dvd backup work by miracle either. But honestly even if buying an HDD for your wii is an investment, paired with wiiflow it's true happiness for big and small alike.

et bien non... NeoGamma ne fera pas plus fonctionner un backup dvd par miracle. Mais franchement même si l'achat d'un HDD pour ta wii est un investissement, ajouté a wiiflow c'est un vrais bonheur pour les grand comme pour les petits.

ok bon je vais tester ça, j'ai un HDD de 500go, je dirai si ça fonctionne bien, en tous cas merci pour être réactif

My conclusion: excellent tutorial, even though I struggled a few times, you manage to get through it. Also I recommend wiiflow, I put my games on a usb stick and with the covers it looks really good.

So a big thanks to the people who wrote this tutorial and big congratulations!

Ma conclusion: excellent tuto, même si j'ai pataugé quelque fois, on arrive à s'en sortir. De plus je recommande wii flow, j'ai mis mes jeux sur clé usb et avec les jaquettes ça rend très bien.

Perfect, I was able to get my really old wii back in shape with the right ios and bootmii as boot2. Very very good tutorial, very instructive!

Nickel , j'ai pu remettre ma vieille vieille wii toute d'aplomb avec les bons ios et bootmii en boot2. Très très bon tuto très didactique !
