darkscad... there's a mistake in your tutorial. You say:

TRUCHA BUG

2 - Restoring the Trucha Bug
This step is optional if you're on system 3.0/3.1/3.2/3.4
because the trucha bug is already present in these system menus.

whereas you should say:

TRUCHA BUG

2 - Restoring the Trucha Bug
This step is optional if you're on system 3.2 or below
because the trucha bug is already present in these system menus.

SOLVED!
what a newbie this Darkscad is!
grrrrr personally the 3.4Es BEFORE I used to downgrade them to 3.2E!!!!
now I follow my own tutorial mouhahahahaaaa "darkscad tuto"

even if that's no excuse!

don't say that, poor thing...

no more downgrading, never again. or else you meant that you weren't downgrading them but that you are downgrading them. and anyway on 3.4 you still have to restore the exploit so once that's done you might as well upload rather than downgrade and risk a brick.

hello everyone, for the wii4.1e hack tutorial everything is perfect except a big issue at the step 'Cios rev 14 by Waninkoko' indeed the demonstration video uses custom ios installer 2.0 whereas the version given at the beginning of the tutorial is 2.2, so should I go back to 2.0???
I did put the file ios-3864v3867.wad at the root of the sd. waiting for your comments

don't worry, it's not serious, the video is for REV14 whereas there should be rev17 in the tutorial pack

No bootmii is not incompatible with cIOScorp and vice versa. Just that hackmii installer will check that ios34 is clean, without the exploit. Nothing more.
On the other hand cIOScorp is totally incompatible with any wii that has the new drive without the controller chip. (for more detail, see the tutorial). This includes all black wiis without exception as well as all white wiis manufactured recently and in the future.

as for the choice of installing cIOScorp, that's up to you... since what you propose to do will let you launch your backups. Note that both have their drawbacks and benefits in terms of usage method and compatibility.

You can also choose Wiiflow by putting your backups on a HDD.

but I have 2 problems, the first is that when I did pimp my wii it put up an error at some point about a wad it apparently couldn't find on the sd card (I don't remember which one, in the 200s I think)

and the second is that I can't install priiloader
I do + as requested, then it puts up a few lines and it gets stuck
I also tried holding b with the +, same thing

otherwise my backups work fine (with neogamma)

where could the problem come from?

(the wii is not connected to the internet)

are you using pimp my wii offline? if not, rerun pimp my wii until it fixes the problem. then try priiloader again.
