[TUTORIAL] HACK Wii 3.0E to 4.1E

Hello everyone. I'm new. I have a black 4.1.e wii. I'd like to be able to hack it, so I'm going to dig into this whole great tutorial. I might cry for help... Thanks in advance!

Hello,

I have a black Wii on 4.1E, I'm stuck installing the trucha bug, everything seems to work fine but there's nothing in the menu.
on trucha bug v1.0 ios36 rev(3351)
I tried both tutorials but it won't install, can someone help me please

nope not cios but cIOScorp. it lets you read dvds burned by the disc channel as if they were originals.
so it's easy to understand that cIOScorp and chips don't mix well since they do the same thing.
then, very important, cIOScorp is totally incompatible with black wiis and all white wiis made for at least 2 or 3 months, maybe more. You can easily check with the wii's serial number. It's all explained in the tutorial.

my console is two years old and if it's black it's from grime ;-p
if I understood correctly I don't need cIOScorp
but besides cIOScorp do you think there are other incompatible hb (aside from those used to read game backups via the cd drive)
I don't know if I'm being clear
