I searched everywhere to find this one but I'd like to know if a kind soul could explain the steps to me so I know exactly what I'm doing to my Black Wii 4.2e????
I don't have an external HDD but I'm considering buying an 8go usb key, is that a good solution?? If so how do I know if it's compatible??
Wiiflow is used to launch games from the HDD, is that right? Sorry but I'm a bit confused because on other sites they talk about USB loader, and I don't see it here, sorry again for not understanding everything.

for your black wii, something important to remember: no cIOScorp. also wiiflow is a usbloader, there are several of them but this one is by far the nicest.
with an 8Go key there's not really a way to know if it will be compatible, and don't expect to install too many games

Thanks for your answer about wiiflow, I prefer to ask even if my questions might seem stupid. But hey a wii is expensive and on top of that it's a gift so I don't want to mess it up....!!!
Also I didn't understand what you told me about no cIOScorp??? An IOS is indeed an operating system? But there I admit I don't understand everything!
P.S.: I'm going to hog the forum but it's fine if my ignorance can reassure other users who didn't dare ask questions, so it's fine lol

I knew you couldn't read burned DVDs on the black wii, that's a shame because it would have helped me play tonight with my dear other half lol! We finished Mario Galaxy yesterday evening and now here with all this snow it's not possible to go buy a usb key sniffff...
