007 NightFire and Everything or Nothing native on PC
Two James Bond games from the original Xbox, NightFire and Everything or Nothing, run natively on PC, recompiled from your own disc, with no emulator.
Two Bond games recompiled in one week
The same author, hk21x, already behind the port of Project Gotham Racing, has released two ports: 007: Everything or Nothing as version 1.0.0 on 26 October (1.0.2 on the 29th), then 007: NightFire as 1.0.0 on 30 October (1.0.2 on the 31st). These Xbox versions had never come out on PC: NightFire had a different PC adaptation, and Everything or Nothing none at all.
How it works
The Xbox XBE Recomp tool translates the game's x86 code ahead of time into Windows programs, and the Xbox graphics, audio and system libraries are rewritten for Direct3D 12 or 11, XAudio2 and SDL. Each game consists of two programs, one for the on-foot missions and menus, the other for the driving missions, and switching from one to the other happens automatically.
What you gain
A launcher that builds the game
The launcher (NightFireLauncher.exe or EoNLauncher.exe) checks your disc image, downloads about 1.4 GB of portable build tools, then builds the game in 30 to 90 minutes, without installing anything into Windows. You need 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a Direct3D 12 or 11 graphics card and about 3 GB of free space. The European and US versions of each game are supported. The game's code is never downloaded: it comes from your own disc. The launchers are not signed; only download them from the repositories listed in the sources.

What you gain
- An in-game PC Settings menu: field of view, mouse sensitivity, aspect ratio, resolution, vertical sync and frame rate limit.
- A full settings window with F1: graphics, rendering and controls.
- Configurable keyboard and mouse, with free aim, and a separate layout for driving.
