Pimp My Wii 2.02

New version of "Pimp My Wii", a homebrew by Attila that will install titles that are missing or outdated on your console.

The program will therefore detect the missing or outdated IOSes and also check that you have the latest version of the Wii menu. It also checks that you have the very latest version of BC and MIOS as well as the Shop, Weather, News, Mii, Photo and Photo 1.1 channels.
Pimp installs cIOS 38 (249), cIOS 57 (250) rev 20 and cIOS 202/222/223/224 rev5.1.
If you don't have the very latest versions of these titles, the program will download them or read them from a USB device or SD card to install them. By using this program you'll therefore have all the advantages of 4.1 combined with those of 3.2, and that without any downside!

The homebrew automatically displays in French or English depending on the console's language. It's also compatible with Wii NTSC-U, NTSC-J and PAL (Korean Wiis theoretically compatible but the specific ios for this version won't be installed).

- Fixed possible code dumps during the scan of IOS 249 (by adding a 2s delay).
- Replaced the requirement of having unpatched IOS 61 with IOS 58 to be able to use it with Homebrew Channel 1.0.8.

Nouvelle version de "Pimp My Wii", un homebrew par Attila qui va installer les titres qui sont manquants ou dépassés sur votre console.

Le programme va donc détecter les IOS manquants ou dépassés et vérifier aussi que vous avez la dernière version du menu Wii. Il vérifie également que vous avez la toute dernière version du BC et du MIOS ainsi que des chaines Boutique, Météo, News, Mii, Photo et Photo 1.1.
Pimp installe les cIOS 38 (249), cIOS 57 (250) rev 20 et cIOS 202/222/223/224 rev5.1.
Si vous n'avez pas les toutes dernières versions de ces titres, le programme va les télécharger ou les lire sur un périphérique USB ou carte SD pour les installer. En utilisant ce programme vous aurez donc tous les avantages de la 4.1 cumulé à ceux de la 3.2, et cela sans aucun inconvénient !

L'homebrew est affiché automatiquement en francais ou anglais suivant la langue de la console. Il est également compatible Wii NTSC-U, NTSC-J et PAL (Wii Coréennes théoriquement compatibles mais les ios spécifiques pour cette version ne seront pas installés).

- Correction des code dump possibles durant le scan de l'IOS 249 (en rajoutant une tempo de 2s).
- Remplacement de la nécessité d'avoir l'IOS 61 non patché par l'IOS 58 pour pouvoir l'utiliser avec Homebrew Channel 1.0.8.
- Quelques corrections de fuites mémoires.
- Correction des messages lors de la sélection d'IOS.

When doing the test in automatic mode, when installing the new IOS 250 it won't install

Hi and thanks but I have an issue, for every ios and title I get:
error getting ios or error getting title.
That's not normal, I'm on 3.2E, if I need to do an update what should I move to: 4.1 or 4.2.

C'est pas normal, je suis en 3.2E, si il faut que je fasse une mise à jour je dois passer en quoi : 4.1 ou 4.2.

do you have a cios installed? which version? on which base if > rev17
is your wii connected to the net? via wifi or a LAN adapter?

Hi, sorry for not specifying.
Well I managed it, at first it was the nus servers that weren't working and after it had downloaded everything without problems it gave me "error installing ios" but after about ten tries all the ios are up to date, even the shop channel.
By the way I'm still on 3.2E with cios rev20 but that causes no problem at all.

Salut, désoler de pas avoir préciser.
Bah j'ai réussi, au début c'était les serveur de nus qui ne fonctionnait pas et après qu'il avait tous télécharger sans problème il me mettait "erreur de l'installation de l'ios" mais au bout d'une dizaine de tentatives tous les ios sont à jour, même la chaine boutique.
Par contre je suis toujours en 3.2E avec le cios rev20 mais ça pose aucun soucis.

not sure but even in test and fix issues, you have to set it to "yes" for the system menu version change

pas sure mais même dans tester et corriger les problème, il faut mettre sur "oui" pour le changement de version de menu system
