Hi everyone, for some time now, I can no longer connect WiiMC to play my divx from PC, at first it was stuttering more and more and now, I can't connect to either of the 2 PCs I have at home anymore, any idea? thanks.

Yes I have the latest version, I really don't see where the problem is coming from since it used to work, then freezes then no more connections.

To start, install ios236 and the new HBC.
I'd be tempted to invite you to update your wii to 4.3E.
After that, you'll need to get rid of all those Trucha bugs on the ios.

I disable my antivirus and it works for me.

For sure comparing with yours, I realize it's not very clean whereas I thought it was, I only updated via Pimp My Wii, well I think I'll redo the hack tomorrow, can I update via the Wii to 4.3? thanks.

On WiiMc or on your Vista?

I seem to recall, though it's been a while, that pmw lets you restore clean ios.

A clean hack won't hurt.

If you don't use/no longer use dvd backups, there's no more use in having so many patched ios. So a clean hack is called for: [TUTORIAL] HACK Wii 4.3E after a small official update to 4.3

Actually the name of my share had been changed, I don't know how and this on both PCs, how can I use pimp my wii to make sure the ios are good? at the very start of the Wii hack, I used dvds then afterwards but I properly followed and switched to the first USB Loaders, I think I'll switch to 4.3 tomorrow then, thanks everyone.

I recommend you use WiiDownloader to prepare your hack.

First, install ios236 which will still be present after updating to 4.3E.
