Backup Manager 1.1

Image unavailable (removed by its host) The PSJailbreak Team seems to have finally released version 1.1 of the Backup Manager.

Why "seems to have"? With the official site overloaded and the archive containing no changelog, it's hard for now to confirm the authenticity of this version.

The first tests carried out show in the end little change in terms of compatibility (which would even be lower than Open Manager) or new features. The only visible change being the ability to launch backups without a game present in the drive (using the Square button).

The PSJailbreak Team having announced that we'd be surprised by the new features the Backup Manager combined with the new firmware for the PSJailbreak would bring, we have two possibilities:

- The BM 1.1 will reveal its features thanks to the firmware for the PSJailbreak.
- This is a non-final version of the announced BM 1.1.

La Team PSJailbreak aurait finalement publié la version 1.1 du Backup Manager.

Pourquoi "aurait" ? Le site officiel étant surchargé et l'archive ne contenant aucun changelog, il est difficile pour le moment d'assurer l'originalité de cette version.

Les 1er test effectué indiquent finalement peu de changement du point de vu de la compatibilité (qui serait même inférieure à Open Manager) ou de nouvelles fonctions. La seule modification visible étant la possibilité de lancer ses backups sans la présence d'un jeu dans le lecteur (en utilisant le bouton Carré).

La Team PSJailbreak ayant annoncé que l'on serait étonné par les nouveautés qu'apporterait le Backup Manager associé avec le nouveau firmware pour le PSJailbreak, deux possibilités s'offrent à nous :

- Le BM 1.1 révélera ses fonctions grâce au firmware pour le PSJailbreak.
- Il s'agit d'une version non définitive du BM 1.1 annoncé.

I admit it's really disappointing, after waiting this long!
But well, let's hope the dongle firmware updates bring real new stuff!

J'avoue c'est bien décevant, pour avoir attendu aussi longtemps après !
Mais bon, espérons que les mises à jours du firmware du dongle, apportent, elles de réelles nouveautés !
