Problem launching backup with Backup Manager 2.0

Hello everyone, so my problem is that when I want to launch a backup on Backup Manager 2.0, it sends me back to the console's XBM and there I do see the game's backup. I select it and then the screen stays black, the console freezes. I tried the procedure with a BR and without a BR in the drive but nothing.
Can you help me please.
I saw on a forum that I needed to disable the security settings so I did that (in the parental control settings) but it's still the same, the screen stays black and doesn't launch the game.
My Backups on the internal HDD are: GTA IV and Call Of Duty WARFARE 2

Call Of Duty WARFARE 2, no loader launches it....
neither internally nor externally...

otherwise GTA IV should launch with a BLUERAY!

Backup Manager 2.0

should be avoided but personally I'd advise you to use Open Manager 2 I-2

Yes I have Multiman, gaia, open manager ........
