CUT BACKUP PS3

hello
so here's my problem, I have the backup of darksider ps3 but inside there's a file that's 16 giga, namely the file: streams.osps3 = 17 325 754 ko
when I use the software comgenie's awesome fillsplitter
it splits the file in question into 4 other files of size = 4194141 ko each

my question:
how do I put the game on a fat32 hard drive given that the 4 files in question are bigger than 4 giga, and when I relaunch the program it refuses to re-split those files, I understand NOTHING
thanks for making a tutorial on this because for some games the file is sparc and for others it's osp3

but it doesn't work or at least I don't know how to do it and on top of that over wifi it takes forever
can you describe the steps to follow via ftp please

mais ça ne marche pas tout du moins je ne sais pas comment il faut faire et en plus en wifi ça prend 3 plomb
peut tu me decrire la demarche a suivre par ftp stp

ok

First think about using a Ethernet cable if you don't want to wait for hours!!!! (normally it's easy to set up the ps3 with the cable)

Then install an ftp client (Flash fxp, FileZilla...) and install Ftp Server 1.2 on your ps3, launch it and it will give you an ip address that you'll use on filezilla (port 21) to connect to your ps3 without any problem.
After that all you'll have left to do is transfer the game into the right folder (which manager are you using?)

Déjà pense a utiliser un Câble Ethernet si tu veux pas attendre des heures !!!! (normalement c'est facile de configurer la ps3 avec le câble)

Ensuite installe un client ftp (Flash fxp,FileZilla...) et installe sur ta ps3 Ftp Server 1.2 lance le et il te donnera une adresse ip que tu utilisera sur filezilla ( port 21 ) pour te connecté sur ta ps3 sans probléme .
Après il ne te restera plus qu'a transféré le jeux dans le dossier adéquat (quel manager utilise tu ?)

so here it is I followed your tutorial
darksider is indeed transferred into the ps3's internal hard drive
I can see it fine in the GAMEZ category
but no way to see it on the ps3 once turned on it doesn't appear anywhere
yet with ftp or comgenie's awesome filemanager it's clearly marked DARKSIDER
so how can I get it to show up in the ps3 please
sorry but it's really a pain for games over 4 gigs though!!!

of course it's asking me for the 3.42 update
how can I play it without this update
I specify clearly it's the original not a backup

biensur il me demande la mise a jour 3.42
comment je peut faire pour y jouer sans cette mise a jour

hi and you're like me (I have castlevania on 3.42) to be able to play with it you have to copy it to your console with open manager, launch Open manager and then you'll see the disc in the list of games and from there you can copy it without any problem and play it of course.

salut a toi et tu es comme moi (j'ai castlevania en 3.42) pour pouvoir jouer avec tu dois le copier sur ta console avec open manager tu lance Open manager et puis tu verra le disque dans la listes de jeux et a partir de la tu pourra le copier sans probléme et y jouer bien sur .

bon jeu et Darksider est un jeu magnifique

yes darksider is great that's why I'm going through so much trouble to get it on the ps3
tekken 6 it's the same mess it doesn't even work you see namco sponsoring it and then black screen

For tekken 6 you need to have a Blu-Ray in your ps3's drive.

Pour tekken 6 tu dois avoir un Blu-Ray dans le lecteur de ta ps3.
