wiflow doesn't work!

It's impressive to manage to modify a wii and not be able to decompress a .rar

C'est fort d'arriver à modifier une wii et pas pouvoir decompresser un .rar

I think they're far from being macho given that they answered most of your questions, but if on your side you don't put in any effort (example: converting a "RAR to ISO oO" or announcing adopting a hard drive and talking about the AMD ATLHON TM processor TF-20 1.60 GHz of your pc asking if it'll be compatible with your wii.....).

it's not always easy to help through written correspondence but here you're really not putting in any effort for your issue to get resolved.

I'd even dare say good luck to those you're going to turn to now (figure of speech).

Je pense qu'ils sont loin d'être macho dans la mesure ou ils ont répondu à la plupart de tes questions mais si de ton coté tu n'y met pas du tiens (exemple: convertir un "RAR en ISO oO" ou bien annoncer adopter un disque dur et parler du processeur AMD ATLHON TM processor TF-20 1.60 GHz de ton pc en demandant s'il sera compatible avec ta wii.....).

il n'est pas toujours évident d'aider par correspondance orthographique mais là tu n'y met absolument pas du tiens pour que ton souci soit réglé.

J'oserais même dire bonne chance à ceux envers qui tu vas maintenant te tourner (façon de parler).

I remember that on wiiflow if you only have 1 fat32 partition you need to select this partition after startup you should see fat click on it and the games should appear like magic. it's the fact that you only have 1 partition that actually means it's not detected at startup. usb loader config does detect it though.

je me souviens que sur wiiflow il fallait si tu n'as que 1 partition fat 32 c'est selectionner cette partition apres le demarrage tu dois a voir fat clique dessus et les jeux devraient apparaitre comme par magie.c'est le fait que tu n'es qu'1 partition en faite qui fait que c'est pas detecte au demarrage. usb loader config lui la détècte.

So here's a little trick too:
sometimes you see a Winrar icon on an Iso file

to know how to tell if it's iso or rar
You just need when you open My documents
at the top you have tabs, choose: TOOLS
then: Folder options

a new window opens, click on the tab: VIEW
look for the line:
Hide extensions for known file types
and uncheck it

Then look at your file, it'll show its extension (as well as all your other files, to set it back like before you do the same but check the box: hide extensions for known file types)

Then WBFS manager doesn't handle Fat32 partitions
so you have 2 options:

1: You follow the tutorial: tutoriels-wii/preparez-votre-disque-dur-t6460.html
And format your USB key in WBFS (more accessible on Windows)

2: you follow the tutorial: tutoriels-wii/wiibackupmanager-t7281.ht ... =wiibackup
you don't need to format your key if it's in FAT32 (always accessible on windows)


if it were me, I'd pick option 2, that's what I did, and it works great

il arrive que l'on vois une icone Winrar sur un fichier Iso

pour savoir comment faire pour lire si iso ou rar
Il suffit quand tu ouvre Mes documents
tout en haut tu a des onglet, choisi : OUTILS
ensuite : Option des dossier

une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvre, tu clic sur l'onglet : AFFICHAGE
tu recherche la ligne :
Masques les Extensions dont le type est connu
et tu la décoche

Ensuite tu regarde ton fichier, il sera noter son extention (ainsi que tout tes autre fichier, pour remettre comme avant tu fais pareil mais tu coche la case : masquer les extensions dont le type est connu)

Ensuite WBFS manager ne gère pas les partition en Fat32
alors tu a 2 solution :

1 : Tu suis le tuto : tutoriels-wii/preparez-votre-disque-dur-t6460.html
Et tu formate ta clef USB en WBFS (plus accessible sur Windows)

2 : tu suis la tuto : tutoriels-wii/wiibackupmanager-t7281.ht ... =wiibackup
tu n'as pas besoin de formater ta clef si elle est en FAT32 ( toujours accessible sur windows)


je saurai toi, je ferai le choix 2, c'est celui que j'ai fait, et ca marche nickel

You need to format your USB key or your hard drive in WBFS with software like "wbfs manager", then wiiflow will detect it automatically. You need to properly insert your drive into port 0 of the console, that is the outermost port on your wii.

Il faut que tu formate ta clé USB ou ton disque dur en WBFS avec un logiciel comme "wbfs manager", ensuite wiiflow le repèrera automatiquement. Il faut bien insérer ton support sur le port 0 de la console, c'est à dire sur le port le plus à l'extérieur de ta wii.

WiiFlow also works with a games partition in FAT or NTFS or ext2 or ext3 or ext4.

WiiFlow fonctionne aussi avec une partition jeux en FAT ou NTFS ou ext2 ou ext3 ou ext4.
