CIOSX rev 21 This time it's the real deal!

CIOSX rev 21:
- Added support for IOS58.
- Added support for the IOS58 EHCI module (greater compatibility).
- Fixed the NAND emulator (most things should now work).
- Many fixes and improvements.

Base 58 + Wiiflow: dump code on startup xP

EDIT: Ok, I tried base 58 in 250 and 57 in 249. Boot wiiflow in 249 (no problem (normal)) I select ios 250 for SSBB: 10sec after the game starts I get "Please insert the disc". Anyway, not to be used.

But I read online that this version is not recommended for now, because apparently a lot of people are reporting a lot of bugs.
So I'm not installing it for now.

lol how weird, I don't have any bugs, it works for me, though I didn't take base 58:

wiiflow 2.2 rev 304 (cios 250)
cIOS 249 rev 17b base 38
cIOS 250 rev 21 base 57

Yes, it works with the usual bases, but not the new one, namely 58. And that's the one that interested us ^^

Personally, between the official ios 58 and IOS 202, I found 202 faster than 58... So maybe CIOS X on base 58 really does bring something...

Rev 21 doesn't bug with wiiflow, it's base 58 that shouldn't be used

What a leap forward this rev 21 is!

No better than 17, no more compatible with emulated nand than 17 (triiforce's designer MRC still recommends 17).

The only addition is the choice of base (20 already had it) and ios 58 (not compatible with wiiflow) and faster loading.

So, for me, nothing has changed!

If Jiiwah the undisputed and indisputable master of wiiflow (along with Oops) says it lags, in my opinion it's better if the basic "noob" moves along... Experienced users will make the effort to at least skim the topic

For me it works (with CFG version 62) on base 57 on slot 249 (I put something else in 250 but I don't remember, I need to run a syscheck
