You can find a lot of tutorials on the net, and I'm spoiled for choice.
This one appeals to me given the feedback and the follow-up/advice.

I'm still hesitant, but if I go for it, I'll tell you how it went.

personally I wouldn't have tested since your wii must be either black or recent ... SO ...

1- try an original game (check for bugs, freezes )
2- try with a backup of it.... (burned game) if it works you can keep it otherwise you'll have to erase it! cf: Baordeur's tutorial.

so I'm at step 15 (Restoring the Trucha Bug), I confirm and I get an exception (dsi) occured.

hello my brother did an update so neo doesn't work anymore I'm redoing the crack but at rev 17 I get install ERROR! (ret= -2011)

what should I do

I think the problem is solved.
I downloaded the files and put them on the SD card instead of going directly through wifi.
I redid step 2 "Restoring the Trucha Bug", and it went fine.

Step D (IOS STUB 249) not done optional

Step 3 ok

Step 4 not done (optional)

Step 5 (Cios Hermes) ok

Step 5 (Patch ios70) isn't going well
I did take the Pimp My Wii v1.32 version, but sometimes the download (via wifi) doesn't go through, and sometimes when the download is ok it's the installation that fails.
Is it possible to avoid the download and put a file on the SD?

Step 5 (Priiloader)
Since the Patch ios70 step doesn't seem essential, I continued with priiloader.
But I don't understand how it launches "To launch the Priiloader menu press the "RESET" button and start the WII." do I need to keep reset held down while pressing power on?

Step DARKCORP
not done yet, but since I have a black wii I think it doesn't concern me.
Although the serial number indicates it's not a GC2-D3!
So I don't understand??? Are all black WII to be excluded, apparently not?

I'm almost at the end, I hope to get some answers from the experts.

pimp my wii doesn't go through? what's the error?
Yes it's possible to put the files on the sd... for the .wad to put at the root of your SD, I'll give you the list to DDL .(if you send me the request by PM)

YES, start the wii while keeping the RESET button pressed.

You must not install DARKCORP on a black or recent wii.

ok for the priiloader, I'll test it tonight.

and for DARKCORP I'll skip that step. What's curious is that according to the serial number it seems ok. What's also strange is that it says 2006 on the wii when we're in 2010...

So the WIIFLOW will remain to install and I'll redo a NAND backup.

I'll keep you posted.
