why format, unless you want to remove all your saves and your channels. nothing more.

I prefer priiloader over starpatch. both patch the same things (same hacks.ini) but priiloader also brings significant anti-brick protection.

for the rest, once you've downgraded ios15 then 36, installed cIOS249 rev14, 17 or 18 you can install priiloader or starpatch (your choice) then do a round of pimp my wii.

pourquoi formater, a moins de vouloir supprimer toute tes sauvegarde et tes chaines. rien de plus.
