Thanks for the info, I'm trying to debrick my 3.4E wii which got stuck after installing preloader 0.27.
And yes, I didn't read carefully before starting. That'll teach me.

that's old... if you hold reset after turning on your wii, do you get to a menu?

Ok so I get to the point where I have to choose between reading the files from my SD or those from the USB. But problem, my wiimote won't sync so I can't do anything. Is there a solution to this?

I have bootmii in boot 2 but I don't understand what you mean by preloader.
I have bootmii, dvdx, humbrew channel and usbloader configurable.
humbrew channel was installed with the banner bomb.

if you have bootmii in boot2 you'll be able to debrick relatively easily.

1. Can you get into the bootmii menu?
2. did you make a backup of your nand?
3. can you launch HBC?
4. did you have a cioscorp (to launch copies directly through the disc channel)?

no way to start bootmii with the gc controller
no ciscorp for the disc channel since we never used it
and impossible to get to humbrew channel, I don't know if it's me who burned the cd badly but nothing works.

bootmii doesn't launch with the GC controller. you need to have these three files in a bootmii folder at the root of your SD:
