Dolphin, GameCube and Nintendo Wii emulator, has updated its emulator, I tried it and it runs pretty well, useful for testing your games before burning them (you never know if you picked the wrong language.. that's already happened ^^") here's the link:

can you use the nand dump to get increased (total) smoothness (in fullspeed?)
otherwise how many fps does it run at?

It all depends on the games on 2D games it runs perfectly otherwise it's 60-80% (knowing I don't have a great pc) otherwise for the nand dump, I don't know I've never tried :/
