Wiiflow impossible to change themes and languages

Hello everyone, I can no longer change theme and set wiiflow to french, with any version,

my SD structure for wiiflow

SD/apps/wiiflow/ with the 3 files
SD/wiiflow/themes/ with the theme files inside
SD/wiiflow/languages/french.ini

in my SD, I put the themes, see above, and the same for the language.

in wiiflow's settings, I can't change them, I could before I redid my SD

do you have a solution

thanks in advance
