It lets you change the TABs of the FSD skin with the image of your choice, and this for all the themes present in the FSD base:
Visual theme: Black, Blue, DarkGrey, Green, Kinect, KinetBlue, Lightgrey, Orange and Rouge.

Development: Nuagedan100• Extract the archive wherever you like on your computer.
• Copy all the images you want to use for your skin into the 'Images' folder of the archive. (Careful, they must all be 400x320 in size so they're properly framed in FSD).
• Launch Skin TAB Changer.
• Select the visual theme you want to customize.
• Select the background or the tabs to which you're going to apply an image
• Then click on scan your images (This will scan all the images in the archive's directory)
• So select the image you want and use it in the preview panel to see the desired image.
• Apply the images as you see fit to each visual style as well as the FSD tabs
• Click on (Update the database) to apply your images to the selected style (Do this for each style)
• You can edit the XML and add the skin's author and the name that will appear when selecting the skin on your Xbox 360
All that's left is to compile the skin with what's needed. (No file for that is included in the archive for legal reasons).
