No current updates have changed Wii mode.

Do you have a save of the game on your console?

If not, launch the game and create a save or check this page SmashStack PAL/KOR.

Insert your SD after launching the game.

Do you have the latest version of HackMii Installer (1.2)?

Aucunes mises à jour actuelles n'ont modifié le mode Wii.

As tu une sauvegarde du jeu sur ta console ?

Si non, lance le jeu et créer une sauvegarde ou consulte cette page SmashStack PAL/KOR.

Insère ta SD après avoir lancé le jeu.

As tu la dernière version de HackMii Installer (1.2) ?

Well I just retested one last time without any improvement

I also tested it on my wii and same thing, nothing happens yet it's definitely an sd that works on a wii

I did get the latest hackmii

give me the sd's folder structure so I can double check anyway just in case because now I don't understand anything anymore

je l'es tester aussi sur ma wii et pareil rien ne se passe pourtant c'est bien une sd qui fonctionne sur wii

j'ai bien reccuperer le dernier hackmii

donnez moi l'arborescence de la sd que je verifie quand meme au cas ou car la je comprend plus rien

Ok, after checking, I just realized that the Smash Stack pack was incomplete. It's missing a subfolder.

You're turning the problem around, it seems to me that @mamule you were asked for your sd's folder structure.
That would have let us identify the problem sooner.

The most important thing is to have a USB2 HDD (for better compatibility) and mains power (220 volts) or, failing that, a Y cable for "self-powered" drives


PS personal opinion: "Memup" is a brand to avoid for use on Wii/U

Hello, I'm interested in hacking my Wii-U with Wiiflow but I want to know if this carries risks for my Wii-U in the sense that I might not be able to use my Wii-U's Online mode anymore for example, will Wii-U features get disabled or by using them might I risk being spotted by Nintendo in some way? When there are future WII-U updates will they cause me problems? Will I get errors on my Wii-U? Are there precautions to take after the hack with my Wii-U? Any other important things also after the Hack? Thanks a lot for answering knowledgeably and also thanks in passing for this good tutorial which I'm keeping in my favorites

Don't play a modified Mario Kart online (as with the Wii) or risk getting banned...

No worries for the WiiU's online mode

Regarding future updates, the simplest and safest approach would be to wait for the first feedback from those who've installed the updates on a hacked WiiU before doing anything...

Pas de soucis pour le mode en ligne de la WiiU

Concernant les futures MAJ, le plus simple et le plus sérieux serait d'attendre les 1er retours de ceux qui on installer les MAJ sur une WiiU hacké avant de faire quoi que ce soit...

It was never a question of hacking the Wii U, here it's only about the vWii.
It's a virtual Wii with its own firmware and, like any virtual machine, it communicates directly with the hardware but without access to the host system.
If the usual precautions aren't followed, there's a risk of bricking the vWii, and only the vWii. The Wii U will stay functional but Wii mode won't be usable anymore and there's currently no way to restore it to its original state.
As for the Wii U's updates, none of them so far have made any changes to the vWii but nothing guarantees this will always be the case in the future.

Il n'a jamais été question de hacker la Wii U, ici il est seulement question de la vWii.
Il s'agit d'une Wii virtuelle ayant son propre firmware et comme chaque machine virtuelle communique directement avec le matériel mais sans avoir accès au système hôte.
Si les précautions d'usage ne sont pas respectées, il y'a un risque de bricker la vWii et seulement la vWii. La Wii U restera fonctionnelle mais le mode Wii ne sera plus utilisable et il n'existe aucuns moyens actuellement de le restaurer dans son état d'origine.
Quant aux mises à jour de la Wii U, aucunes d'elles pour le moment n'ont apporté de modification à la vWii mais rien ne garantis que dans le futur ce soit toujours le cas.
