One more option for hacks.ini 4.2E

Quick news to tell you that the "Disable 4.2 disc region checks" option, which translates to "Removal of the 4.2 disc region check", has been added to hacks.ini. I've added it to the wiki page ==> https://wiki.tgames.fr/wiki/Preloader_Priiloader .

EDIT: I also modified the 4.2E hacks.ini to make it a bit more French in some places .
EDIT2: Removed accents not supported by the priiloader and reworded so it fits .

Petit new vite fait pour vous dire que l'option "Disable 4.2 disc region checks" qui peut se traduire par "Supression de la verification de la region des disques 4.2" a été ajouter au hacks.ini. je les rajouter sur la page du wiki ==> https://wiki.tgames.fr/wiki/Preloader_Priiloader .

EDIT : j'ai aussi modifier le hacks.ini 4.2E pour qu'il soit un peu plus français a certains endroit .
EDIT2 : Suppression des accents non supporter par le priiloader et reformulation pour que sa rentre .

well honestly I didn't really get it since there's already the equivalent but they added 4.2..

ben honnêtement j'ai pas trop compris puisqu'il ya deja l'équivalent mais ils ont rajouter 4.2 ..
