well I never I find that waninkoko said he'd stop on the wii but he keeps going often anyway he didn't want to rather calm things down, especially for people getting excited because he wasn't releasing his cios rev xx

well I understood that he'd keep fixing bugs in his cIOS but nothing more and not as fast as he would have before making that decision.
But you're probably right. He also wanted to calm things down with all these excited, impatient and ungrateful people.

I installed it last night ... tested a few games on hdd and a backup and everything works. It seems to pass as well as the 14 with some improvements. I took the opportunity to install wiiflow and neogamma as channels. Really cool. Thanks to everyone who works so hard to make us happy.

Hi!

I installed it, but when I want to launch a game via USB, there are two overlapping lines of text, then the wii restarts, whereas with Wiiflow everything works perfectly, so is the problem indeed from neogamma??

which version of NeoGamma are you using. R8 RC1 works very well

Just a small feedback on this cIOS and the "with instruments" games.
Having only the Guitar Hero III guitar, the games Rock Band and Rock Band Song Pack 1 aren't compatible with my accessory so I couldn't test for cIOS rev 17 (even though I think it works), however I successfully tested:
- Guitar Hero III
- Guitar Hero World Tour
- Guitar Hero Metallica
- Rock Band 2
- Rock Band Song Pack 2
- The Beatles Rock Band

Only Guitar Hero 5 is left for which I had to use the 222.

So apart from one game (for my test) it's rather positive I find!

+1 for the positive side of this cIOS. It's the rev of maturity for waninkko

well cios 249 can easily be extracted with waninkoko's wad creator
