DLC Rock Band 3

Hello grandpas,
I need your wisdom before I go ahead and do something stupid.


There's a Hack on Rock Band 3 that unlocks all the DLC songs. That is, they appear as already purchased on the online store, allowing them to be downloaded freely.
In particular some songs that can no longer be purchased now because the distribution rights have expired. (but still on the servers and available for re-download if you bought them in time)
I saw that you have to install wads and certain Cios but as I understood it, the IOS are different on the wii and the Vwii, right?

I found here and there these 5 wads to install (sZAE,sZBE,sZCE,sZDE, sZEE) which would correspond to Gen 1 through 5 songs.(it seems the latest gen is 10)

So I'd like to know if this Wii hack would work with the Vwii of the wiiU?


Ideally I wouldn't install bad stuff on the Vwii.

My Wii U can run Rock Band in Original mode and via Wiiflow in its latest revision.

Il existe un Hack sur Rock Band 3 permettant de debloquer toutes les chansons en DLC. C'est a dire qu'elles apparaissent comme etant deja achetees sur la boutique en ligne, permettant de les telecharger a loisir.
Notamment certaines chansons qui ne sont plus achetables à présent car les droits de distribution ont expiré. (mais toujours sur les serveurs et disponibles pour re téléchargement si on les a acheté à temps)
J'ai vu qu'il fallait installer des wad et certains Cios mais comme j'ai cru le comprendre, les IOS sont diffferents sur la wii et la Vwii non?

J'ai trouvé ca et là ces 5 wads a installer (sZAE,sZBE,sZCE,sZDE, sZEE) qui correspondrait aux chansons de Gen 1 a 5.(il semble que la dernière gen soit la 10)

Donc j'aimerais savoir si ce hack Wii fonctionnerait avec la Vwii de la wiiU ?


L'ideal serait de ne pas installer de mauvais trucs sur la Vwii.

Ma Wii U peut lancer Rock Band en Original et via Wiflow dans sa dernière revision.

I was itching to try and I did!
VERDICT It still works ;0

Well not without trouble because I messed something up let me explain:

I installed the wads as explained (install , uninstall and re install) and launched the game from the DVD and couldn't access the shop due to some 20whatever error I forgot.
I check the forums and I see I need to patch IOS 56 with dop mii. So I test that but error etc etc , anyway I won't push it.
I removed all the wads I had put in and relaunched the game.
Dop Mii installed something not great for me because I ended up with a 002 error and blue screen when launching the original game!

So I went into wiiflow and I launched my disc from wiiflow (without backup) and there it works, I have access to the store again!
I tried reinstalling the wads, and going back to the game it still works, PHEW with the songs in "purchased" status.

So it seems this thing only works via a launcher, it doesn't work with the basic wii menu "launcher".

My weak point is that now it seems I'm forced to launch my originals via a launcher like wii flow etc. because of this 002 error.

If you know what I can do to fix this error on my Vwii without breaking everything, I'M IN, otherwise I'll keep launching them via a third party app.

Bon pas sans mal car jai foire un truc je m'explique :

Jai installe les wad comme explique (install , unninstall et re install) et lance le jeu depuis le DVD et impossible dacceder a la boutique avec une erreur 20truc machin que jai oublie.
Je check sur les forums et je vois qu'il faut patcher le IOS 56 avec dop mii. La je teste mais erreur etc etc , bref j'insiste pas.
Je virer tout les wad que javais mis et relance le jeu.
Dop Mii m'a installe un truc pas top car je me retrouve avec une erreur 002 et ecran bleu au lancement du jeu original !

Donc je suis alle sous wiiflow et jai lance mon disque depuis wiiflow (sans back up) et la ca fonctionne, jai de nouveau acces au store !
J'ai essaye de re installer les wad, et de retour au jeu ca fonctionne toujours, OUF avec les chansons en statut "achete".

Donc ca semble fonctionner seulement via un launcher ce truc, ca ne fonctionne pas avec le "launcher" basique du menu wii.

Mon point noir c'est que a present il semble que je sois oblige de lancer mes originaux via un launcher de type wii flow etc. a cause de cette erreur 002.

Si savez ce que je peux faire pour reparer cette erreur sur ma Vwii sans tout flinguer, JE PRENDS, sinon je continuerais a les lancer via une appli tierce.

Makes sense . the Wii's DVD launcher won't use a cios. Wiiflow does. Reinstall the original ios to fix error 02...

Logique . le launcher DVD de la Wii ne va pas utiliser de cios. Wiiflow oui. Réinstalle l'ios d'origine pour corriger l'erreur 02...
