HELP: my VITA won't start anymore

Good evening!

Having run out of charge yesterday, I wanted to recharge my console and suddenly after 5min, the charger fries and there's smoke. I unplug it then plug it back in with another charger and there, it's fine and it charges. After an hour, I unplug it and when I turn it on, nothing works. I even held it for 1min, nothing shows up. Not even the blue light on the PS button.
Thinking the battery had taken a hit during this incident, I opened my little brother's and took his battery but still nothing

Please tell me which side I should touch to repair it

Étant déchargé hier, j'ai voulu rechargé ma console et subitement après 5mn, le chargeur se grille et y'a la fumée. Je la débranche puis rebranche avec un autre chargeur et là, ça va et ça charge. Au bout d'une heure, je la débranche et quand je l'allume, rien ne marche. J'ai maintenu même pendant 1mn, rien ne s'affiche. Pas même le voyant bleu de la touche PS.
Croyant que la batterie avait eu un coup pendant ce incident, j'ai ouvert celle de mon petit frère puis pris sa batterie mais toujours rien

Merci de me dire de quel côté dois-je touché pour la réparer

Thanks but from where I am, I can't send it to Mr SONY because it would have to travel around the world to get there.

I do think it must be a component because I checked all the fuses on the thing and they all work perfectly but as for the component, I still have no idea

Je pense bien que ça doit être un composant car j'ai repéré toutes les fusibles de la bête et tous fonctionnent parfaitement mais pour le composant que je n'ignore toujours
