Warning, Hellcat Recovery Flasher is only for PSP 1000, 2000 (datecode 8B maximum).
2000 TA-088v3, 3000 and Psp G0 are not compatible.
Like any software that touches flash 0 of the Psp, there is a risk of bricking.
Tgames and the developers of these programs cannot be held responsible in case of a brick (any installation or update must be done with a full battery or on mains power, do not stop the Psp during installation, etc...) Have you semi-bricked your Psp? A semi brick, on a Psp with custom firmware, is repairable (provided of course that your Psp is flashable), because compared to a full brick, when you start your psp while holding down the right trigger Image unavailable (removed by its host) of your Psp, you can at least access the recovery menu. Thanks to the Run /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP function and to Recovery flasher, you'll be able to restore your psp. You can also restore a backup of your nand or a backup of your current firmware (already made with Recovery Flasher, of course, this assumes you're already familiar with this software). To be able to launch Recovery flasher from the recovery Menu, this application's folder simply needs to be present in PSP/GAME. First thing, you need to download Recovery Flasher onto your pc. Choose your Recovery Flasher: Download Hellcat Recovery Flasher 1.65 + files for PSP 1000

Then start your Psp while holding down the right trigger Image unavailable (removed by its host) and release it when you reach the recovery menu.
If you're lucky enough to have a memory stick reader on your PC, extract the archive to the root of your psp.
If that's not the case, connect your Psp via USB to your PC.
Choose Toggle USB in the recovery menu, which will enable the usb connection between the psp and your pc.
Image unavailable (removed by its host)
You can now access your memory stick!
You can now extract the archive to the root of your psp.
At this point, you're going to tell yourself, alright let's go, let's launch recovery flasher!
In the recovery menu, choose the line Run /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP and press Image unavailable (removed by its host).
Image unavailable (removed by its host)
Ok, Recovery flasher detects your Psp's active plugins and here's the screen that will appear!
Image unavailable (removed by its host)
Press the right trigger Image unavailable (removed by its host) and hold it until you return to the recovery menu.
Relaunch the application, and there you go, Recovery flasher has disabled the plugins and you can move on to action.
Now, all you have to do is follow the tutorial on using Recovery flasher to get your Psp working again.
