djpopol59 offers us a Windows utility that lets you compile the Payload sources for Ti-84 calculators and generate an .8xv file ready to be installed on your calculator.

- Launch EZPayloadToTi84.exe
- Click on Select Your File.....
- Enter the name for your Payload (Warning: 8 characters required)
- And Click on Go!
