With the recent wave of SEN bans!
Here's PS_Unban created by 0x00 modified by Deneo24 which will let you unban yourself.
here's the solution to come back quickly and simply!

Here's the new homebrew (software), which has the advantage of retrieving a new ID code for your console itself

For this you'll need a banned console. (does not act as ban prevention)
Install the file provided below via "Install package files".
Now launch the homebrew with the X key

Now
Confirm with the key corresponding to your firmware:
cross ---- if you're on 3.55,
square ---- if you're on 4.30,
or the "start" key if you're on 4.21.
Once done your playstation will restart.

PS: You need to relaunch the application every time the PS3 restarts.

If this doesn't work, don't despair, create a new account because this one could be banned too.
This software only unbans your console! Not your account!

*What distinguishes the two versions is that the 2 pieces of software have different playstation ID codes.
