help request r4i v1.4.3 white screen with menu? in red

good evening,
here I am facing a problem that I'll explain to you:

I received today a r4i3ds v1.4.3 sdhc 3ds for n3ds up to nds card so all models! I download the latest kernel but when it comes to launching the spongebob game the screen goes white and menu? in red appears! checking the version of my ndsi xl I notice that it's the 4.3E.
is it because this 4.3e version is installed that I'm having this problem? should I downgrade it and how do I do that? or should I do some other operation?
I'd be very grateful for any help thanks to you!

me voici opposé a un probleme que je vous expose:

j ai reçu ce jour une carte r4i3ds v1.4.3 sdhc 3ds for n3ds jusqu'a nds donc tous modeles!je telecharge le dernier kernel mais au moment de lancer le jeu bob l éponge l ecran devient blanc et menu? en rouge apparait!verifiant la version de ma ndsi xl je m aperçois que celle ci est la 4.3E.
s'agit il du fait que cette version 4.3e soit installée que je rencontre ce probleme?dois je la downgrader et comment faire?ou dois je faire une autre manipulation?

I have the bottom one r4i with a yellow star marked in red V1.4.3 3DS V2.1.3

Yet I think I followed the procedure rules I formatted the sd card in fat32 downloaded the right kernel even tried others, put the files at the root properly. It's the first time I've run into this kind of issue with r4 cards which were nevertheless simple to use

not easy to help you, it's a cr**py site (for me) quite a few links don't work and the latest firmware for your version of linker isn't available might already be up to date and not upgradable.

kernel 1.4.3b is the one you need and it should work on a dsi with a firmware of 1.4.3 or lower.

try formatting your SD with https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/eula_windows/sdformater V3.1[/click] set all the options to on

reinstall kernel 1.4.3b, your roms and saves, try again.

by the way again (the return)... is it only one game that's acting up? if so maybe it's just that the team still hasn't fixed compatibility with this game and probably plenty of others too, possibly they'll never do it
also possible your rom is corrupted
and so if it's only this game that's acting up try this:

pas facile de t'aider, c'est un site de mer** (chez moi) pas mal de lien de fonctionne pas etle dernier firmware pour ta version de linker n'est pas dispo peut être déjà à jour et pas upgradable.

le kernel 1.4.3b est celui qu'il te faut et ça devrait fonctionner sur une dsi avec un firmware 1.4.3 ou inférieur.

essaye de formater ta SD avec https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/eula_windows/sdformater V3.1[/click] mets toute les options sur on

réinstalle le kernel 1.4.3b, tes roms et sauvegardes, réessaye.

au faite bis (le retour)... il n'y a qu'un seul jeu qui merde? si oui peut être que c'est juste la team qui n'a toujours pas corrigé la compatibilité avec ce jeu et bien d'autre encore surement, possible aussi qu'il ne le fasse jamais
possible aussi que ta rom soit corrompu
et donc si il n'y a que ce jeu qui merde teste ceci :

ok thanks I'll try that tonight. actually I don't have any game that starts up the linker is recognized with the spongebob game I have to go to it to launch it but there a white screen appears with loading in black for three seconds and then menu? appears in red so no way to launch games I'm going to end up thinking the linker is junk if your advice doesn't lead to a positive result. thanks again to you all!

ok merci je vais tenter ça ce soir.en fait je n ai aucun jeu qui demarre le linker est reconnu avec le jeu bob léponge je dois aller dessus pour le lancer mais voila un ecran blanc apparait avec loading en noir trois secondes et puis apparait menu?en rouge donc pas moyen de lancer de jeux je vais finir par penser que le linker est une daube si vos conseils n arrivent pas a un resultat positif.encore merci a vous!
