I ordered an X360GlitchChip, from Le LS Store for 26 € (excluding shipping) and they program it for free according to my choice (this time I picked one for my slim).

and I got the NAND Dump module from Soulheaven for 25 Euros

+ the soldering iron (12W Antex) + wire strippers + solder + Kynar wire and other stuff

And a JTAG cable if the chip is delivered blank

how much for a jtag cable?

ps: looking at the various videos I really get the feeling that the boot speed will depend on the chip and the console and maybe also on the quality of the soldering job.

That's the minimum but on DX you can get it for 50% cheaper I think

Otherwise a USB JTAG cable is 40 euros minimum
and an LTP JTAG is 10 euros if the motherboard is compatible

For now, it's not Glitch compatible because Glitch only lets you launch homebrews developed with LibXenon (Obviously since we only have access to Xell for now!!!)

There you go!!! But I think they're going to release an alternative to that soon!
