printer spooler non-functional

hello everyone
recently I had a problem with my print spooler I no longer saw my printers and impossible to reinstall them
actually for those interested it was a trojan horse exact copy of the spoolsv.exe that you find in your systemI re-enabled the spooler and it disappeared after restarting the PC
so scan multiple times with search and destroy and quarantine what is found and then vaccinate
there everything came back to normal
don't be afraid to click on eliminate the logs found they are all fake
if it could help you for those who have the same problem

dernièrement j'ai eu un probleme avec mon spooler d'impression je ne voyais plus mes imprimantes et impossibles de les réinstaller
en fait pour ceux que ca intéresse il s'agissait d'un cheval de troie copie conforme au spoolsv.exe que tu trouves dans ton systèmeje remtettez le spooler en activité et il disparaissait apres redémarrage du pc
donc faire plusieurs fois un scan avec search and destroy et mttre en quarantaine ce qui est trouvé et puis faire vacciner
voila tout est revenu dans l'autre
ne pas avoir peur de cliquer sur éliminer les log trouvé il ssont tous fake
si ca a pu vous aider pour ceux qui ont le meme probleme
encore merci a ceux qui m'nt aidé dans le passé

so run several scans with search and destroy and quarantine what's found and then run a vaccine scan
there, everything's back to the way it was

But avoid spybot search & destroy on a PC, it's a product that's outdated and on top of that fills your hosts file with unwanted sites.

Unfortunately, it's going to block jeuxvideo.com and others and eventually stop access to those sites.

Malwarebytes is the best solution because it can kill a running process, but it's not permanent in the free version.

The pro version is very good and permanent, except for the website blocking which is also drastic and blocks a bunch of sites (though you can disable that feature).

Mais évite spybot search & destroy sur un pc , c'est un produit qui est à la rue et qui en plus remplie ton fichiers host de sites indesirables.

Malheureusement, il va mettre jeuxvideo.com et d'autres et terminer plus d'accès à ces sites.

Malwarebytes est la meilleure solution car lui peut tuer un processus en cours d'execution, mais il n'est pas permanent en version gratuite.

La version pro est très bien et permanente , sauf le blocage site web qui lui aussi est radical et bloque un paquet de site ( par contre , on peut désactiver cette fonction).
