I'm completely lost with all these cIOSX d2x updates!
I currently have my Wii on 4.1 and use Wiiflow v2.2 with rev20.
Can we use cIOSX d2x v5 final with wiiflow and on all ios bases?

IOS reload and support potentially for any file system

d2x v6 beta1
DIP - Added fraglist to support potentially any file system (tnx oggzee).
DIP - Added support in fraglist for sector size greater than 512B (typically needed for HDD > 2TB).
DIP - Module moved forward in memory and ram section resized.
ESP - Module moved forward in memory.
FFSP - Module moved forward in memory.


@ nastyboy62 you can use cIOSX d2x v5 final with any ios even though it's recommended to set it to 249d2x56" and "250d2x57
the problem with wiiflow is downloading covers, on V5 final and v6 beta1, I haven't been able to try, I don't have any covers to download

le problème avec wiiflow c'est le téléchargement des jaquettes, sur la V5 final et la v6 beta1, j'ai pas pu essayer, j'ai pas de jaquettes a télécharger

you click on a game, go into its options and look for "download" which lets you force downloading a single unique cover

tu clic sur un jeu, tu vas dans ses options et tu chercher "télécharger" ce qui te permet de forcer le téléchargement une seul et unique jaquette

I have wiiflow_222_rev304... It doesn't even detect the cios 249 and 250 I installed.

so hackwiiflow detects the 250 without showing the version (base57v6beta1). Haven't tested cover dl or themes yet but I'm on it...
Mamule... let me explain, wiiflow_250 will use that same 250 for all games but as soon as you go into options and touch a setting you lose default so the 250 won't be used for that game anymore
On the other hand the info page still/always detects it correctly ^^'


Little test: sonic racing, simple race, default choice (AAA). Loading time:

Mamule... Je t'explique wiiflow_250 va utiliser ce même 250 pour tout les jeux mais dés le moment ou tu vas dans les options et que tu touche au réglage tu perds défaut donc le 250 ne sera plus utilisé pour ce jeu
En revanche la page info le détecte bien/toujours ^^'

hackwiiflow works flawlessly for covers with the latest d2x. But on the other hand I got a code dump while switching to ios222 when launching a game. ^^'

hackwiiflow marche nickel pour les covers avec les derniers d2x. Mais bon en contre partie j'ai eu un code dump en changent pour l'ios222 au lancement d'un jeu. ^^'

with cIOSX d2x v6 beta1 & Hackwiiflow I have no cios problems!!

it launches normally with the 249, it recognizes it like this = IOS249 rev21 006 ((nul))

and in the game settings I have the whole panel of hermes cios and I don't run into any issues, creating covers doesn't cause any problem!!

il ce lance normalement avec le 249, il me le reconnais ainsi = IOS249 rev21 006 ((nul))

et dans les parametres des jeux j'ai toute la panel des cios d'hermes et je ne rencontre pas de soucis, la création des jaquettes ne pose pas de problème !!

Yes, but for the stubborn ones, Mighty Loader v16 crushes the competition!

I prefer a stable wiiflow with 2 or 3 games that won't launch and a backup wheel like mighty, rather than putting up with code dumps, cover corruption, and freezes when launching wiiflow.

I tested a bunch of wiiflow versions (not talking about the garbage that are 304 and 346).

I completely re-hacked my wii to find out whether it was my hack or the latest versions that were at fault.

I found it!

as far as I know you can only do it on 249 and/or 250

maybe you can change your cios slot with showmiiwad. There's a risk of bricking so 1. Install priiloader and 2. Take responsibility for your actions
