You don't need iso tool to sign a hb. Also iso tool needs a psn demo to sign.

There's Fake NP, Psp homebrew signer (you can download it here etc...)

There's also PrxCrypter which signs homebrews from your psp, you can find it there

The best for isos is Iso2eboot.

The limit is 728 mo for an ISO, no more.

I tried the unsigned one it works with the hbl but on the other hand I don't know how to play my games with it if you can help me

I want to try iso tool or prxcrypter because there's POP the forgotten sands which I managed to sign with fake_np and Iso2eboot but when I launch it on my psp it starts then it closes telling me cannot start the game

I signed several games with the software, and always the same result: ''cannot start the game'', even the games tested on your list don't work. What's the problem in your opinion? I searched, but no solution, all I know is that games shouldn't be patched...

J'ai signer plusieurs jeux avec le logiciel, et toujours le meme resultat : ''demarrage du jeu impossible'', meme les jeux tester de votre liste ne fonctionnent pas. Qu'elle est le probleme d'apres vous? J'ai chercher, mais pas de solution, tout ce que je sais, c'est que les jeux ne doivent pas etre patché...
