[TUTORIAL] CFW Kmeaw 3.55

as guano59 said you must format your drive in fat32,then you create a "PS3" folder,inside this folder you create an "UPDATE" folder and finally in this folder(UPDATE) you put your "PS3UPDAT.PUP" file which corresponds to the update you want to do,make sure to write in uppercase and check that your files are named correctly otherwise rename them.

comme le dit guano59 tu doit formater ta clef en fat32,ensuite tu crée un dossier "PS3",a l'intérieur de ce dossier tu crée un dossier "UPDATE" et pour finir dans ce dossier(UPDATE) tu met ton fichier "PS3UPDAT.PUP"qui correspond a la maj que tu veux faire,fait bien attention a écrire en majuscule et vérifie que tes fichiers sont bien nommé sinon tu les renommes.

re arnauto j'ai reussi a mettre a jour ps3 en 3.55 officiel,mais quand je dois mettre ofw 3.55 custom il dit qu'il ne trouve pas de donnee sur ma cle pourtant c bien dedans.

are you doing the 3.55 KMEAW update in recovery mode????if it's the link I sent you did you rename the PUP file to PS3UPDAT.PUP?

hi it's going fine arnauto, the 3.55 cfw file I had downloaded wasn't renamed properly and all I have left is to put gaia manager.

re ca va arnauto ,le fichier cfw 3.55 que j'avais telecharger n'etait pas bien renomme et n'ai plus que mettre gaia manager.

Yo!! Arnauto tell me is there no way to launch games without the blu-ray inside!!?? I tried with gaia 2.06 and rogero 7.9c but it doesn't show the game on the xmb

Edit: The function was disabled in the latest versions for better stability == that sucks

Edit: La fonctionne a été désactiver dans les dernière version pour une meilleur stabilité == c'est nase

Advice: Before starting the update try to see if you have access to recovery mode on 3.41 before moving to 3.55.

Conseil : Avant de te lancé dans la maj essai de voir si ta accès au recovery mode en 3.41 avant de passer en 3.55.

anyway personally I downgraded twice to put waninkoko v2 because it was impossible to access recovery mode.

I'd rather he test before jumping to Ofw 3.55. to minimize the steps just in case

Je préfère qu'il test avant de sauter sur le Ofw 3.55 . pour minimiser les manip au cas ou

Exactly Arnauto it's better to check before jumping in.

I went to 3.55 OFW myself and afterwards no Recovery mode!!!

I had to downgrade to 3.41 then to 3.15 then I went back up to 3.41 (to install wanin v2 I had no choice!!)

Justement Arnauto c'est mieux de vérifier avant de ce lancer .

moi je suis passer en 3.55 OFW et après pas de Recovery mode !!!

j'ai du downgrader en 3.41 puis en 3.15 puis je suis repasser en 3.41 (pour installer wanin v2 j'avais pas le choix !!)

1-you won't lose anything by moving from an OFW to a CFW. (if you don't format it of course, and if that's the case then you'll have to copy it to an external device)
2-with a manager you put the game in the drive and then copy it to the internal/external hdd (multiman and open manager with the O key)

1-tu perdra rien en passant d'un OFW a un CFW. (si tu formate pas bien sur si c'est le cas et bin tu devra le copier sur un périphérique externe)
2-avec un manager tu met le jeu dans le lecteur et puis tu le copie sur le hdd interne/externe (multiman et open manager avec la touche O)

but I have a small problem with my games because they're on 3.41 whereas in the tutorial "which I have to say is a really good tutorial".

you need the original eboots but where to find them that's my question?

mais j'ai un petit probleme avec mes jeux car il sont en 3.41 alors que dans le tuto "que je dois dire un tres bon tuto".

qu'il faut les eboot d'original mais ou les trouvé la est ma question ?

you won't find the original eboots here, I invite you to do a google search with the right keywords and you should quickly find what you're looking for, good luck.

les eboot originaux tu ne les trouvera pas ici, je t'invite à faire une recherche sur google avec les mot clé qui vont bien et tu devrait rapidement trouver ton bonheur, bonne chance.
