Having tested on triiForce NEOGEO:
Fatal Fury 2 in PAL is actually in NTSC
in NTSC it's better because the game runs in full screen
the PAL version has two black bars

for Fatal Fury Special
I've only tested the NTSC version (the Pal one comes out march 26)
but I think it'll be the same story!!

I haven't noticed if other games had black bars
which reminds me of games on super nintendo (50 Hz) and super famicom (60 Hz)

Indeed we test WW and VC here then report the tests on the wiki... but actually our job covers several topics that are all linked to end up on a hdd with wiiflow

We're not particularly fans of triiforce or mrc, but it's currently the only way to test WW or VC on a wii. For each WW and VC, we make the forwarder ISOs (available for DL on the wiki, more than 500 I think now ) so that once installed on the real or emulated nand, you can launch them like any game under Wiiflow... AJ lets us make the covers and upload them to WiiTDB...basically everything is linked....Wiiflow powaaaaa screw the system menu

Your help is of course welcome, irc is there to talk about it

I'll PM you anyway, I have 2 or 3 things to tell you

Simple FS Dumper 0.42 doesn't do the code dump properly on either sd or usb.
I launch it with homebrew channel 1.08 ios 58
it wasn't doing that to me before I could emulate my wiiware for triiforce

Simple FS Dumper 0.42 does that to me fairly regularly!!
you have the rev17 cios which is very good
when you launch Simple FS Dumper, give it time to think before pressing the A button, and scroll through the Cios choices (to end up back on 249)

it's really simple, but in the end that's how it goes through!

my wiiware works fine with triiforce r76
my isos made properly with 3 iso's studio without the kalikator method and triiforwarders folder at the root of the fat 32 usb active partition
my isos converted to wbfs
my covers properly in the boxcover folder
and when I launch the wiiware with wiiflow I go back to the sys menu
ps:with the kalikator method I can't find the main.dol

try with the ISOs from the kiwi (almost all of them are there) to see if it's not you who made your ISOs badly

sorry Kalidor kalikator I thought that wasn't bad either
for the wiki isos wbfs manager doesn't recognize them
on the other hand forgot to delete the triiforwader folder

if you want to launch your Wiiwares and Virtual Consoles from wiiflow and not from triiforce you need those ISOs.

that you install on your WBFS partition using WBFS manager and that will point to your game which itself must be present on your emulated nand

Ahhh ok thanks

So I did a test, I put an iso on my usb drive in wbfs with wbfs manager.
I launch it with WiiFlow and the screen stays black (have to unplug and replug the wii to turn it back on).

Where's the problem?

If your games launch without any problem with Triiforce, if you're properly on rev 17, either your tv handles the video settings for some games poorly and mamule found the solution to the problem, or you change ios in wiiflow (249, 250, 222, 223).

But, if nothing works yet with triiforce, no need to put isos, you need to sort out triiforce first!

But for me on my wii, I only have ios 249/250; wiiflow.

I don't have triiforce. And I don't have an emulated nand.
I did read the tutorial on the wiki but there are things I don't understand especially with the revs, etc..

EDIT: Help, I can't dump my nand onto my 1 gb sd card (not enough space), I already have a backup of my nand made with bootmii which takes up space.
