It's true that adding this..... adding that........... brings its share of bug'zzz but oh well ^^ that's beta life (me??) we know it very well

After testing the 263......... I went back to the 254, the best one for me right now, 228........ covers bug'z........ basically a whole bunch of stuff up to the 254

So I downloaded WIiflow 2.2, then installed it, update done too.
Except that Just dance 2 doesn't launch!!
it says "please wait" and then it stays like that, frozen!!
So there, since I'm ultra novice and I try to follow the tutorials to the letter, I'd like, if it's possible of course, to get some light shed on my path!!
Oh by the way, I have a wii on 3.1E with the latest cIos installed!!

Voila j'ai télécharger WIiflow 2.2 , puis installé, mise à jour faite aussi.
Sauf que Just dance 2 ne se lance pas!!
il y a écrit "please wait" et puis ça reste comme ça, figé!!
Alors voilà, étant donné que je suis ultra novice et que j'essai de suivre les tuto à la lettre, j'aimerais, si cela serait possible bien sur, d'avoir quelque lumières qui viennent éclairer ma route!!

Just dance 2 works very well with r254

with cios rev 17 or the 21b

ton problème doit venir de ton jeu

Same here just dance 2 works for me with this r254 in rev19 too.

Well, I got the Just dance 2 iso again, re DL Wiiflow just in case, but I took version 250, and it changed nothing, still that frozen screen with "please wait", so here's where I'm at:-(
Could it be possible for me to start everything over from scratch with a proper method to follow (Cios and loader) from you guys please?
If so, I'd like to have the links I need to access and install in the right order.

Bon, j'ai repris l'iso Just dance 2, re DL Wiiflow au cas ou, mais j'ai pris la version 250, et ça n'a rien changé, toujours cet écran figé avec "please wait", donc voilà où j'en suis:-(
Serait-ce possible que je reprenne tout depuis le début avec une bonne marche à suivre (Cios et loader) venant de vous SVP?
SI oui, j'aimerais avoir les liens auxquels je dois accéder et installer dans le bon ordre.

should I explain how to install all that?

when you're on wiiflow, where you have all the game covers, click on the question mark at the bottom left to see your rev, in case you installed a non-forwarder channel!!

or otherwise launch wiiflow directly not the homebrew channel

alors pour wiiflow :

et pour le cIOS :

cIOS38 rev17

je t'explique pas comment installer tout ca ?

quand tu est sur wiiflow, la ou tu a toutes les jaquettes de jeu, clic sur le point d'interrogation en bas a gauche pour voir ta rev, des fois que tu aurais installer une chaine non forwarder !!

ou sinon lance wiiflow directement pas la chaine homebrew

OK thanks, so the wwiflow and the Cios I unzip directly onto my SD card, is that right? deleting of course the old wiiflow I had before!
but the Cios38rev17 I can't find it on my sd card when I open Homebrew channel
I'll check which rev I have installed and I'll let you know right away^^

I think that comes from your Cios installation.
take the Cios v20b
you unzip it into the apps folder
you launch it from the HBC
choose IOS249 for the install click A twice
choose IOS57, click A
choose IOS250, click A
choose network install, click A
when that's done start over replacing IOS57 with IOS38 and IOS250 with IOS249

PS: your wii needs to be connected to the net otherwise it's a different method ...

je pense que cela vien de ton installation de Cios .
prend le Cios v20b
tu le dezipe dans le dossier apps
tu le lance depuis la HBC
choisis IOS249 pour l'installation clic 2 fois A
choisis IOS57 , clic A
choisis IOS250 , clic A
choisis network instal , clic A
quand c'est fini recommence en remplacant IOS57 par IOS38 et IOS250 par IOS249

PS:tu dois avoir la wii connecter au net sinon c'est une autre methode ...

but still nothing with just dance 2, the screen stays frozen on "please wait"!
maybe the wiiflow I got isn't the right one? or did I install wiiflow wrong entirely?

you have wiiflow 250 try with the 249 r254.
if it still doesn't work maybe check on your backup's side because with wiiflow 2.2 and Cios 20b, the game should work.

tu as le wiiflow 250 essai avec le 249 r254 .
si ca ne fonctionne toujours pas regarde peut etre du coté de ton backup car avec wiiflow 2.2 et Cios 20b , le jeu dois passer .

Totally agree with Oops. Why not focus on fixing known bugs before adding more "little extras"?
I was able to test rev. 263. I don't know if this bug is already known but the dvd drive light turning on (why not!) during game loading stays on now and then even once the game has launched. Otherwise, from time to time, usb failed still shows its face.

Let's wish good luck to the whole Wiiflow 2.2 development team...

Tout à fait d'accord avec Oops. Pourquoi ne pas se pencher sur la correction des bugs connus avant de rajouter d'autres "petits plus" ?
J'ai pu tester la rev. 263. Je ne sais pas si ce bug est déjà connu mais l'allumage de la lumière du lecteur de DVD durant le chargement d'un jeu (pourquoi pas !) reste de temps à autre allumé une fois le jeu lancé. Sinon, de temps en temps, l'usb failed montre encore le bout de son nez.

Souhaitons bon courage à toute l'équipe de développement de Wiiflow 2.2...

Well I'm getting desperate wiiflow 249 installed with rev20b but still that screen freeze when launching Just dance2!
So either the game is in a bad format (I put it on an external HDD with WBSF manager), or I'm cursed :p

Just dance 2 launches with wiiflow (even the 92 a) and in rev 14 and 17 without issue.

I just launched it with a wii that hasn't been updated and just has rev 14 (no hermes, no rev 20, no pimp)

so...

Just dance 2 se lance avec wiiflow ( meme la 92 a ) et en rev 14 et 17 sans soucis .

je viens de le lancer avec un wii , non mis a jour qui dispose juste de la rev 14 ( pas d'hermes , pas de rev 20 , pas de pimp )

If I were you, I'd redownload the iso, and test it on a usb key, starting from a totally clean wiiflow.

Because normally, if your wiiflow version is too old, it should give you the "can't open big file" message.

Je serais toi ,je redl l'iso , je ferais un test sur une cles usb , en partant d'un wiiflow tout propre .

Car normalement , si t'as version de wiiflow est trop ancienne , il devrait te balancer le message " can't open big file ".

I agree with Kalidor about the totally clean wiiflow (don't keep anything from before and redo yourself a nice wiiflow with the links on the first page ).
