IOS236 Installer v6 Image unavailable (removed by its host)
Dr Clipper offers us IOS236 Installer, which lets you install a patched copy of IOS36 to slot 236, just like Trucha Bug Restorer.
It only uses the HW_AHBPROT flag and must be launched from HBC 1.0.7 or higher to work!
To patch it without Internet you need to have IOS36-64-v3351.wad at the root of your SD card (obtainable via NUS Downloader)
The author does report a few Homebrew crashes though!
