An update for StartPatch 3.2E

Image unavailable (removed by its host)

I'm updating StartPatch for 3.2E, fixing bugs, stability, and adding a new patch.

New features/Fixes:

• Bug and stability fixes with the port based on the StartPatch 4.2 program
• Renamed codes, added an IOS selector.
• Removed the "Backup Loading from Disc Channel" patch
Note: Not very useful, install a CiosCorp instead.
• Added the "Block Online Updates" patch

Download: Don't hesitate to let me know about bugs/improvements to bring in this topic
A version for 4.3E is coming tomorrow, I'm currently working on it
