avec quoi tu lance ton jeu?

I launch my game either with backup launcher or neogama r8b8

je lance mon jeu soit avec backup lancher ou neogama r8b8

I can't manage to switch to ios38 rev 17
I extract the file onto the sd in the apps folder and when I launch hb there's nothing, it's empty

je n'arrive pas a passé en ios38 rev 17
je décompresse le fichier sur la sd dans le dossier apps et quand je lance hb il n'y a rien c'est vide

You should have:
SD:/apps/cios249 rev17 installer/boot.dol
and not
SD:/apps/cios249 rev17 installer/cios249 rev17 installer.dol

Tu dois avoir :
SD:/apps/cios249 rev17 installer/boot.dol
et pas
SD:/apps/cios249 rev17 installer/cios249 rev17 installer.dol

I installed cios38 rev17 and neogama r8rc3 and I put in the dvd and the drive flashes green then black screen, had to turn off the console.

j'ai installé cios38 rev17 et neogama r8rc3 et je met le dvd et la flash vert et ecran noir obligé d'eteindre la console.

maybe you have the wrong iso or you patched it wrong. also if you launch this game with NeoGamma, you didn't need to patch it. neogamma does it on the fly as long as you have the NeoGamma folder at the root of your SD. Burn this game again but with the original iso, without patching it then...

tu as peut être la mauvaise iso ou tu as mal fait ton patch. de plus si tu lance ce jeu avec NeoGamma, tu n'avais pas besoin de le patcher. neogamma le fait à la volée à condition que tu aies bien le dossier NeoGamma à la racine de ta SD. Grave ce jeu de nouveau mais avec l'iso d'origine, sans le patcher donc...

ok I put ios38rev14 back and neogama r8beta8, put my game back on a usb key and it works like before, however if I leave ios38rev17 the game on the key gives me the same error as with the dvd so it's an issue with ios38rev17 or neogamar8rc3.

bon j'ai remis ios38rev14 et neogama r8beta8 remis mon jeu sur clé usb et sa fonctionne comme avant par contre si je laisse ios38rev17 le jeu sur la clé me fais la même erreur qu'avec le dvd alors c'est un problème d'ios38rev17 ou neogamar8rc3.

I think you shouldn't add but replace ("add" = add).
Edit: "Search for "main.dol" then right click "replace" and look for the patched "main.dol""
You need to do replace

Je pense qu'il ne faut pas rajouter mais remplacer ( "add" = rajouter).
Edit : "Chercher "main.dol" puis clic droit "replace" et chercher le "main.dol" patché"
Il faut faire replace

ok I'm gonna be that annoying guy but NSMB doesn't work via the disc channel, do you need neogamma?
for me I got it on Esp*L**i, I put it on my DD it works perfectly without patching it, but a friend needs it as a backup so I need to give her neogamma with no other solution for now?.
