Download the cIOSpack in 1 and the pack in 2
Place the CORPv3.5M folder, cIOSCORPv3.5Extra, the hacks.ini, the IOS38-64-v3867.wad at the root of the sd
put cios38 installer, cIOSCORP_v3.5_Main_Installer, cIOSCORP_v3.5_Extras_Installer and Preloader in the apps folder

Start with Cios 38 rev15 (during the install the wii does its nice blue light thing)

Press Home to exit

To finish restart into the preloader by doing power reset and go to system menu hacks and enable these hacks:
Disable HAXX,DVDX,RZDx Checks Only for system menu v4.2
Block Online Updates Only for system menu v4.2
No health check
Skip disc update check
Move Disc Channel
Region free channels_1 Only for system menu v4 and V4.1
Region free channels_2 Only for system menu v4 and V4.1
Remove diag disc check
Autoboot Game press RIGHT on gc pad in 4th port
Region free channels-SD card menu Only for system menu v4 and V4.1
Region Free Wii Discs
region free Wii games_1
Region free Wii games_2
Region free GC Games
Remove NoCopy Protection
do save setting
then B then launch the system menu

Commencer par le Cios 38 rev15 (pendant l'installe la wii fait sa jolie lumiere bleu)
