Custom IOS38 rev 14

And are the alternative dols still relevant with rev14. I don't have any games yet that have this kind of problem on my HDD but I'm curious anyway.

No I no longer have the bug with the same covers! Well it hasn't done it to me again yet...

hello everyone.
my problem is that when I launch the homebrew there's indeed the homebrew loading progress bar but then black screen and the wiimote disconnects.
I'm forced to unplug my wii to turn it off..

(wii on 3.2 and cios rev 13 installed)
I don't get it..

moi mon soucis c que lorsque je lance l'homebrew il y a bien la barre de progression de chargement de l'homebrew mais ensuite ecran noir et deconnection de la wiimote.
je suis obliger de debrancher ma wii pour l'eteindre..

(wii en 3.2 et cios rev 13 installe)
la je comprend pas tout..

This isn't really the right place for you to bring up your problem but anyway...
it would have been nice to tell us which loader you used.
But from your description I think it's coverflowder.
Try with GX. Launch it without your HDD plugged in. You'll get a message, click on cIOS249 then plug in your HDD very quickly. If it's not detected it's either that you have an incompatible HDD, or a partition problem, but tell us GX's reaction and we'll know more.

C'est pas vraiment ici que tu aurais dû nous soumettre ton problème mais bon...
ça aurait été sympa de nous dire quel loader tu as utilisé.
Mais au vu de ta description je pense que c'est coverflowder.
Teste avec GX. Tu le lance sans branché ton HDD. tu vas avoir un message, clic sur cIOS249 puis branche très vite ton HDD. Si il n'est pas détecté c'est soit que tu as un HDD non compatible, soit que tu as un problème de partition mais donne nous la réaction de GX et on en saura plus.

thanks gamer but I explained myself badly. it's not when I launch the loader that it acts up. it's when I launch the cios rev14 installer.

yes that's what I don't get, I do nothing special and at 100% I get a black screen.
I even tried with different sources wiigen sendoworld etc (even though it's pointless) and always the same.
I also tried with the HDD unplugged, with and without the wiimotion, same thing!
and I never had any issues with the previous versions

Edit: ok it's fine I managed to install it. formatted the sd card, put it back on and it's good.

j'ai essayer aussi avec le DD debranche, avec et sans le wiimotion pareil!
et j'ai jamais eu de soucis avec les precedentes versions

Edit : c bon j'ai reussit a l'installer. forrmatage de la carte sd je l'ai remit dessus et c good.

Honestly me neither, I don't see where that could be coming from! Maybe try downloading the homebrew again (maybe a download issue corrupted the file... which would be really unlucky lol!). Or otherwise you can always try reinstalling the homebrew channel with HackMii Installer...

Franchement moi non plus, je ne vois pas d'où est ce que ça peut venir ! Essaye peut être de récup une nouvelle fois l'homebrew (peut être un soucis de téléchargement qui a corrompu le fichier... ce qui serai vraiment pas de chance lol !). Ou sinon tu peux toujours essayer de réinstaller l"homebrews channel avec HackMii Installer...

I was also thinking about a corrupted cluster on your SD. make a backup, format, DL the cIOS REV14 again and try your luck again

je pensais aussi au cluster corrompu sur ta SD. fait un sav, formate, DL de nouveau le cIOS REV14 et retente ta chance

try installing another rev 13 or 12 to see if you manage to install it

teste avec instalation d une autre rev 13 ou 12 voir si tu arrive a installer

Rha it's really a shame he didn't think about adding launching Gamecube games via HDD to cIOS Rev 14, but now that he's stopping the cIOS, I'd be surprised if it ever comes out one day or another, and if it's technically feasible, I personally think it is but at the same time I'm not a programmer ^^.

hello I tried this famous cios rev 14 by waninkoko, wonderful, everything works great but normally you're supposed to plug the hdd on usb 1 of the wii but that doesn't work, you'll need to put it on usb 0 just for info

salut ecoute je sais pas si ça peut t aider ça m etais arriver avec le cios rev 13 a verifie bien ta connection car moi je telechargais avec emule et c etais a cause de ça que ça me fais l erreur a cause de la connection bye

With the game Super Smash Bros Brawl DVD9 version: during the intro video I get a disc read error message. During the game I get loading errors.
I reinstalled rev13 and everything's back to perfect

tiens j'ai un bug avec la rev14

Avec le jeu Super Smash Bros Brawl version DVD9 : pendant la vidéo de début j'ai un message d'erreur de lecture disque. Pendant le jeu j'ai des erreurs au chargement.
J'ai réinstallé la rev13 et tout repasse nickel

same for me with the game sport island 2, cios rev 13b runs flawlessly and with cios rev 14 blue screen with error message 001 002

idem pour moi avec le jeux sport island 2 ,cios rev 13b passe impeccable et avec cios rev 14 ecran bleue avec message erreur 001 002
