of course because he explained that his new error 002 patch method allows for faster reading but with an appropriate loader (neogamma r3) and soon the others, that we used before once they get patched

error 002 is due to a missing or outdated ios I don't see how that can be fixed unless doing an update or installing them one by one with an appropriate software

that's the whole point of waninkoko's new error 002 patch method lol
a new method that only works if the usb loader has this code:

there's also talk of version 1.6 of the loader
on the other hand, USB loader GX should be able to update itself from version 420

Auto-update!!!
r420 is out and introduced the ability to update the loader from within
Just go to settings, unlock the loader (default pass is ab121b) and click the update button (Not now, try it tomorrow when a new rev would be out :p)
...
The default one is of course "SD:/apps/usbloader_gx/"

basically:
revision 420 came out with the ability to update itself.
just go into 'settings', 'unlock' and click the 'update' button
(not now but when a new revision is out)
...
the default folder is "SD:/apps/usbloader_gx/"
I'm waiting to see!

Ok maybe but I still haven't understood this sentence

a new version of his Custom IOS giving homebrews access to USB hard drives, and more particularly to the WBFS file system so dear to USBLoaders

Does that mean all homebrews will necessarily be USB compatible without having to update the homebrew with USB support? "for example the Neogeo emulator which doesn't have USB support yet"

Speed issues and #002. It should now work on all loaders again. Haven't tried it yet...

rev13b installed... Well for me nothing's better... I still get either freezes during the intro cutscene, or bugs then a freeze during the game. I could suspect my drive but it worked fine with a 20Go samsung hdd whereas I have the same problem with an 80go samsung and a 60Go seagate.
If anyone has an idea or found info somewhere... please let me know.

If you can't do it via internet, normally you need to place a .wad file which I'll try to find

the file to place at the root is "IOS38-64-v3610.wad", but I believe we're not allowed to offer it for download.
