Hard to keep up, the versions come out too often. At least it shows they're working on it

Otherwise kyno, not to nitpick but the exact name of this loader, according to their sources page, is "USB Loader Gui". I'm telling you this especially because I created a forwarder channel pointing to the "usbloader-gui" directory. It'll be easier for everyone (at least those who dl'd "my" channels) to find their way. Anyway, just a suggestion

Dur dur de suivre, les versions sortent trop souvent. Au moins ça prouve qu'ils travaillent dessus

Sinon kyno, ce n'est pas pour chipoter mais le nom exacte de ce loader, d'après la page de leur sources, est "USB Loader Gui". Je te dis ça surtout car j'ai créé une chaine forwarder pointant vers le répertoire "usbloader-gui". Ça sera plus facile pour tout le monde (du moins ceux qui on dl "mes" chaines) de ce retrouver. Enfin voilà, juste une suggestion

As for config.txt that will be done by the stable version, so if, like me, you didn't keep track and note down all the parameters tough stuff
Last night, coincidence or not Big and quick discussion about the loader's name ^^ we had gwii, gui-wii, Gü... And I'm forgetting some... (In addition to the ones already mentioned...)

So since kino doesn't want to commit lol I'll go ahead and propose USBLoader_GUI for the boot folder.
Otherwise jiiwah, can you also change the forwarder's images? Because if you can and it doesn't bother you we could personalize it a bit... Let me know and I'll fire up my little gimp

Quelque info:
- le mots de passe est en minuscule maintenant : ab121b
- création d'un wiki sur le fichier theme.txt : themesetting
Pour le config.txt cela seras fait dés la version stable, donc si, comme moi, vous avez pas suivi et noté tout les paramètre dure dure

As for the images, I already tried a few months ago and I didn't manage, software problem with Vista
I'll have to check if that exists on Ubuntu, or if the software works better.

Pour les images, j'ai déjà essayé il y a quelque mois je ne n'ai pas réussi, probleme des logiciel avec Vista
Faudrait que je regarde si ca existe sous Ubuntu, ou si les logiciels fonctionne mieux.

Là je crois qu'il y a quiproquo. J'ai déjà ces deux forwarder tel que tu les as décrite. Je t'es même donnée les liens et je te proposais de les rajouter sur ton premier poste .

I have a big problem, and I don't know where it could come from.

In any USB Loader whatsoever, when I stay more than about 5 minutes in the homebrew (whether it's USB Iso Loader GUI 117 or even Waninkoko's USB Loader 1.5), I get a code Dump that appears.

Does anyone have a solution? I'm starting to lose patience and it's eating at me. On the other hand once I've launched a game, no more problems.

J'ai un gros problème, et je ne sais pas d'où cela peut venir.

Dans n'importe quel USB Loader que ce soit, quand je reste plus de 5 minutes environ dans l'homebrew (que ce soit dans le USB Iso Loader GUI 117 ou bien même dans le USB Loader 1.5 de Waninkoko), j'ai un code Dump qui apparaît.

Quelqu'un aurait une solution ? Je commence à perdre patiente et ça me bouffe. Par contre une fois que j'ai lancé un jeu, plus de problèmes.

Well already personally I don't think I stayed that long... I launch the loader and the game... that's it
But let's think about it though:
- it could come from your HDD going into power saving mode because it's not being used. Have you already done a game install via your loader? That takes more than 5.
- when did you install your cIOS36rev10? personally I downloaded it well after it came out because of bad feedback. Then wanikoko fixed the bug without renaming the version so for your own good you should re-download it and reinstall it so you're safe on that side.

- cela peut venir de ton HDD qui ne met en mode économique parce qu'il n'est pas sollicité. A tu déjà fais une installe de jeu via ton loader? Ça dure plus de 5.
- ton cIOS36rev10 tu l'a installé quand? perso je l'avais téléchargé bien après ça sortie a cause de mauvaise retombé. Puis wanikoko a corrigé le bug sans pour autant renommé la version donc pour le mieux tu le re télécharge et le réinstalle comme ça tu est tranquille de ce côté là.

I still don't understand, I have the latest cios rev10, the boot.dol file in the apps/usb loadergui/ folder, covers in png format in the images folder + the cd covers in images/disc, I added a config.txt folder at the root of the sd. And nothing, the loader launches, I don't see the games or the covers, just the background. I even tried plugging the usb port into the system menu and waiting 45 seconds but nothing works, I do have the background and the music but nothing else. I should mention I'm on r144.

Je comprends toujours pas, j'ai bien le dernier cios rev10, le fichier boot.dol dans le dossier apps/usb loadergui/ les covers au format png dans le dossier images + les covers cd dans images/disc j'ai rajouté un dossier config.txt a la racine de la sd. Et rien, le loader se lance je ne vois pas les jeux ni les jaquettes juste la background. j'ai même essayer de brancher le port usb sur le system menu et patienter 45 secondes mais rien a faire, j'ai bien le background et la musique mais rien d'autre. je precide que je suis sur la r144.

have you tested with another loader?
the default folder is /images with an "s" but maybe you made a typo?!
delete the config and theme files to check.
do you use a channel to launch your loader? launch directly via the homebrew channel
test each of these leads separately

tu as testé avec un autre loader?
le dossier par défaut c'est /images avec un "s" mais tu as peut être fait une faute de frappe?!
supprime les fichiers config et theme pour voir.
utilise tu une chaine pour lancer ton loader? lance directement par l'homebrew channel
teste toutes ces pistes séparément

afterwards when I want to install a game, it also Dumps. So I don't think it comes from the HDD going into power saving mode.

après quand je veux installer un jeu, ça Dump également. Donc je ne pense pas que ça vienne du HDD qui se met en économique.
