[PATCH] Tex Murphy Overseer Patch 1.03 FR

I propose patch 1.03 for the French version only.
Posted here for preservation and support of the game for those who own it or bought it secondhand.
At the time of posting the patch, I found no website offering working links for this French patch.
For information, the patch CD was provided in the game box at the time.
Its installation is mandatory to be able to finish the game otherwise it's impossible.

Warning: Not compatible with DVD and DRM-Free versions. Only French 5 CD version.

To install it:

- Already have the game installed (version from the time in 5 CD French only)
- Extract the .rar file
- Launch update.exe

Je vous propose le patch 1.03 pour la version française uniquement.
Mis en ligne ici pour conservation et support du jeu pour ceux le possédant ou l'ayant acheté en occasion.
A l'heure de la mise en ligne du patch, je n'ai trouvé aucun site proposant de liens fonctionnels pour ce patch français.
Pour information, le CD de patch était fournit dans la boite du jeu à l'époque.
Son installation est obligatoire pour pouvoir finir le jeu sinon c'est impossible.

Attention : Non compatible avec les versions DVD et DRM-Free. Uniquement la version française 5 CD.

Pour l'installer :

- Avoir déjà installé le jeu (version de l'époque en 5 CD française uniquement)
- Extraire le fichier .rar
- Lancer update.exe
