I'm writing to you because I can't manage to launch a homebrew channel from my wii, because every time it freezes at the moment when I have to press 1.

for info my wii went back to 4.1e even though I hacked it 4 years ago on 4.3.

There was no need to create 2 topics. I think all your problems are related.

Do you need to press 1 for homebrew channel? Wouldn't that rather be to install it? Could you be more specific about your problem with the 1 button?
That makes me think of something. Try again but wait a bit before pressing 1.
