How to configure an R4 "Games Engine"

Good evening,

I have a DS Lite as well as an R4 "GE" from R4I-SDHC.com (I know, it's not great...)

I would have liked to modify two parameters with this linker:
-Have the brightness of the screen set to minimum by default (without having to go through cheat codes)
-have direct access to the games list without going through the "menu" of the card: I would not use homebrew with this card.

the brightness configuration, it posed no problem for me with the SuperCard DSTwo (from the card or with the "globalsettings.ini")...
My wife not wanting to lend me her dstwo...
Any idea how to do it? (without changing wife)

I don't have a solution to offer you. I don't know this linker and I don't even see it on their site (the "GE")

this card originally has a PC software (Game Engine) that allows "forbidden" things on this forum...

Otherwise I use the R4 kernel (without the "i" brand) 1.76b from the site "https://r4i-sdhc.com/"...
version 1.77b has issues for me...

So I'm guessing the files "DEMON0.SYS" and "SWRESET.SYS" aren't the equivalent of the dstwo's "globalsettings.ini"???

I didn't manage to open them to read their contents properly...
