I'd like to know if there's a solution to downgrade my PS3.
It's a PS3 fat 40 GB series CECHG04 NAND memory type which I upgraded to 250 GB.
The problem is that I'm on OFW 3.70
Do I need to install a chip?
If so, who can do it and at what price?

Je voudrai savoir s'il existe une soluton pour downgrader ma PS3.
Il s'agit d'une PS3 fat 40 Go série CECHG04 type mémoire NAND que j'ai upgrader à 250 Go.
Le pb est que je suis en OFW 3.70
Faut il installer une puce ?
Si oui, qui peut le faire et à quel prix ?

Hi, the answer to all your questions can be found here I've never done it but I feel totally capable because I have no problem with soldering, we're kind of "welded" for life lol, for the prices that'll be in PM

Salut, la réponse à toutes tes question se trouve ici je ne l'ai jamais fait mais je me sent tout à fait capable car j'ai aucun soucis avec la soudure, on es comme qui dirait "soudé" à vie lol, pour les prix ça sera en MP

First of all, happy May 1st holiday!!!

Next, I'd like to thank and congratulate MachOne for his fabulous tutorial
Not knowing anything at all about the world of PS3 hacking, this one let me (start to) understand it better.
Despite that, I have one or two questions to ask you.
Being on the lookout for a used PS3, I found in my area two ads that might interest me and I'd like your opinion on the matter.
The first: PS3 slim 320GB (from October 2010), firmware v3.41 sold with 2 controllers, 1 PS Move, 1 original game and 1 PS3 Key.
The second: PS3 slim 320GB (barely used), firmware v3.41 sold with 1 controller, 2 PS Move, 1 gun and 13 original games.
Knowing that the second is sold for 70€ more than the first (I'm going to try to bring that difference down to 50€ )

If I understood MachOne's tutorial correctly, the PS3 Key is no longer of any use, is that right? So I'd lean more towards the second one. And you?
Otherwise, what is (are) the advantage(s) of having the PS3 Key?

Ensuite, je tiens à remercier et à féliciter MachOne pour son fabuleux tuto
Ne connaissant pas du tout le monde du hack de la PS3, ce dernier m'a permis de (commencer) à mieux comprendre.
Malgré cela, j'ai une ou deux questions à vous poser.
Etant à la recherche d'un PS3 d'occasion, j'ai trouvé dans ma région, deux annonces susceptibles de m'intéresser et j'aimerai avoir votre avis sur la question.
La première : PS3 slim 320Go (d'octobre 2010), firmware v3.41 vendue avec 2 manettes, 1 PS Move, 1 jeu original et 1 PS3 Key.
La seconde : PS3 slim 320Go (très peu servie), firmware v3.41 vendue avec 1 manette, 2 PS Move, 1 pistolet et 13 jeux originaux.
Sachant que la seconde est vendue 70€ de plus que la première (je vais essayer de faire baisser cette différence à 50€ )

Si j'ai bien compris le tuto de MachOne, le PS3 Key ne sert plus à rien, c'est bien çà ? Je pencherai donc plus pour la seconde. Et vous ?
Sinon, quel(s) est(sont) l'(les) avantage(s) d'avoir le PS3 Key ?

The only thing I personally see is that they both have FW 3.41. Perfect for what you want to do

Flashing it directly, no. You'll have to go through a downgrade to 3.55 via a chip. Then you can flash it. Note that your console needs to have already been on 3.55 at least once in its life.

Flasher directement, non. Tu vas devoir passer par un downgrade en 3.55 via une puce. Ensuite tu peux flasher. Reste qu'il faut que ta console ai déjà été en 3.55 au moins une fois dans sa vie.
